I have just ordered an Amanogawa Cherry blossom tree. First time ordering from this company. Very happy with the tree I received. Tree as described and appears healthy. Suitably packaged and delivered in reasonable timescale. Would definitely order again from Direct plants.

Just received my first order from this company everything ok I ordered 15 conifer bushes a tree and some Boston ivy. When I opened the box they where very hot I got all plants out of packaging soil was still moist but plants where all good with a nice watering. Nice quick service thank you.

Just taken a second delivery from Direct Plants and yet again thrilled! Its arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Just received four fruit trees and they are great examples. Good root systems and substantial top growth. i'm going to train these as Cordons which they are ideally suited to. Delivery was fast and convenient and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Have no qualms about buying from these established people after discovering them only this year...before we say goodbye and into 2020. I'm certainly hoping to keep DIRECT PLANTS going by being a faithful customer even if I count myself as only another one,viewing their regular website. Plus when life begins to knock you back and just cannot shop so easy these days and there is the opportunity to select whilst comfy on the settee with out visiting a major garden outlet direct plants does for me!!!

I made a mistake with my order, which was very quickly resolved over the phone. The three bushes I ordered arrived within 2 days and all looked in excellent condition. Their prices are pretty good, too!

Great service. I’m very pleased how quickly this was delivered and was packaged really well. The Acer tree is vibrant and healthy and much bigger and busier than I thought it would be. I’ve order many online trees and shrubs over the years and it can be a bit hit and miss. THIS IS A HIT. HIGLY RECOMMENDED.

Bought three red robin plants around 5 feet tall as a package. Very competitive price, well packaged, very healthy plants. Very pleased with my purchase. Would be five stars except no information about tracking after the order was marked as shipped two days before it was actually shipped.

Happy to receive my prunus pandora today which looks very healthy so top marks so far. Where the service was let down was that having said the tree was dispatched on the 15th July there was no information about who was delivering and when. The company did not answer phones or respond to emails until today when it arrived. A mail order company needs to be much better than this, particularly when selling living things. Happily the tree dows not seem to have suffered from being stuck in a box in the back of a van for 2-4 days.

I ordered one LARGE Ceanothus tuxedo, 30-50cm in a 3-litre pot. It arrived promptly on standard delivery - 5days - but is not looking very healthy, curled leaves bearing signs of a recent infection and the plant itself is disappointingly small, barely 30cm, with a small rootball to match. It looks as it was recently repotted in a 3-litre pot. I would venture to say that it probably struggled in a small pot until very recently. Disappointed.

Strong and healthy plants (a large acer in this case), well packaged and promptly delivered. I have to confess that the first plant/tree I bought in December looked great but come the spring, refused to turn buds into leaves. I contacted Directplants who seemed keen to resolve my problem. We discussed the issue and they (naturally) asked for details and photos etc. Long story short, I received a replacement today (end of April). A magnificent specimen in full leaf. Happy customer.
