Ordered 6 fruit trees on the 15th June. Sent email as soon as I made the order about making sure the tree came as described 3 to 4 ft still waiting reply. It’s the 20th now and the trees have arrived 2 as described and labelled. And 4 not labelled and no where near 3 to 4 ft . Email a further 4 times rang phone number 8 times just goes to a taped message telling customer’s to email and they’ll get back to you in 24 hours . Still waiting for reply to first email on the 15 th June. Do not under any circumstances order from this company . Roy Harrison

We have ordered mix of rambling rose, and what we had been delivered is bunch of conifers. Emailed, messaged on two more social media’s and no response. Getting pretty fed up tbh.

Excellent company. A wisteria I purchased in 2021 was very healthy and vigorous. It did really well, however when it flowered this summer it was not the colour I ordered. Direct Plants were very understanding and sent a replacement. First class customers service. I often recommend this business and will definitely order from them again.

I orderd a williams pear tree off direct plants on March 22 nd ,and yup , still waiting . my requests for information go unanswerd and the delivery company , youve guessed it ETSY , have now become invisable . I blame myself really ,for going with such rubishy firms . Iv'e orderd a new one of amazon ,at least if it goes wrong I can get in touch with somone

I was a little reticent about ordering online. I went with Direct Plants as they work with B&Q. I do not normally leave reviews but on this occasion I wanted other people to have confidence ordering online. I ordered a huge palm and it arrived quickly and in top condition. I also ordered smaller plants and had the same experience. In summary, don't hesitate to order from this company. Fantastic service.

Terrible delivery service, I would suggest you use a different firm! On this alone I would not order again. Driver pretty rude dumped them at front door and was off before i opened door leaving me to carry around back of house, Messed around with delivery days, didn't deliver on specified day, then didn't deliver on day they said they would. So had to take an extra day off. Plants arrived but thinner then I expected in advert said large plants in 2/3l pots Not quite sure it's a 2L pot and height was about 4ft (did say 4to5ft ) just taken aback at how thin they are. But hopefully will grow over the next year, as using Leylandii as a hedge but very sparce so will see how it goes. Emails not answered on last 2 I sent and curt and to point on only email they did answer.

Just took another delivery of plants and they look fabulously healthy! Well priced and securely packaged!

I ordered 5 liliacs around 8:00 PM on 30th, then in 12 Hrs realized I will be planting it in north side of wall with less than 4 ft space from wall. sent an email 2:00 PM next day to direct plants to refund or change order. I received message from Paypal about refund I have now placed a bigger order with trust that has been placed. Happy with service

Slightly late with this review. We bought some fruit trees amongst other things in the summer and had major problems with delivery. This was no fault of Direct plants, completely the opposite. Shaun the MD personally called to apologise on several occasions and took charge of organising the delivery himself, even checking in after eventual delivery by text to see if the trees had arrived. Can't fault Direct plants at all. More importantly, the trees are doing great 6 months on. About to by some more now and would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service in every aspect! From super speedy communication and advice over tree varieties and pollination partners to easy ordering and a great delivery service! Not to mention how much care and thought had gone into packing and transportation. They were snug as bug, no swaying or breaking with how well wrapped they were! Ordered an apple, a peach and a fig tree all of which are super quality. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing and will happily use this service again! 😊

No response from the company after emailing, messaging on their website, messaging on Instagram and their Facebook nor phone number connect. I wanted to adjust my order and couldn't then I came home from work to find the tree I had ordered in boxes laying flat outside my front door, no idea they were coming today. Terrible, company, non existent customer service. I have contacted PayPal to get a refund

Hi I have just received from Plants Direct ,1X 3-4FT LARGE BLACK GRAPE VINE FRUIT PLANT - VITIS BOSKOOP GLORY - 3L. It is the best packaged item I have ever received. The Grape Vine is in really great condition to top it all. Thank you Direct Plants. Will be buying from you again. I have just cleared an allotment that I had waited many years for. This is my first addition for so I shall be back to purchase more and more. Cannot recommend this company enough.
