Plant was really good, delivery company not sogood

Excellent plant condition and excellent cultural guidance included.

The plants were of good quality. The packing was excellent. There was no damage.

I ordered 7 items of trees and shrubs all came boxed some 3 in a box some 2 and others single. All in excellent condition ready for planting.

Healthy-looking plants (haven't planted them out yet) of a good size, so hopeful of good results. Delivered on time and as described.

Very happy with the cherry tree, but delivery was not good. I was told it would be delivered at a time I would be out, so I changed the date, and received confirmation of my request. However, the plant was actually delivered on the original date and left outside by my bins. By coincidence, I was at home - but courier did not ring my doorbell.

I ordered three dwarf fruit trees and they arrived looking healthy and ready to plant. Communication was good and price very fair for product.

Excellent service and the goods were packed extremely well. The plant looks first class and in the next few weeks it will be planted at my girlfriends grave to replace the previous tree which has unfortunately died.

Website was very easy to browse and use, items are a competitive price, and the tree I bought was perfectly and securely parcelled, and when it arrived it was in perfect condition and I was extremely happy with it. The only niggle was the tracking with the delivery company DX. I have no complaints about the parcel, which arrived in pristine condition, but there was no way to track the parcel. I had an email saying that it would arrive on a certain day, but it didn't say if I needed to sign for it, so I stayed in all day, but it didn't arrive. I then got a text the next day giving a delivery time, and it was duly delivered at the correct time, and was just left in my porch - I did not need to sign. So I was given the wrong delivery day to start with, and I needn't have stayed in at all on either day. That was ok as I was at home working anyway, but better information and tracking from the delivery company would be good.
