I had multiple orders over a period of months. Initial orders fine, but latter orders had serious problems. In one the items delivered did not match description online and missing a critical feature. Attempts to resolve went no where. Final calls unreturned. A second order placed close in time to prior order came up short in final count. About 10 items less than what was ordered and paid for. For the orders that were successfully completed, the price and value were very good.

Overall a well put together website giving the user the ability to find needed items. Might be a good idea to have seasonal campaign goods placed in go to packets like distributed by Koles.

The website is a little chaotic. It is also beginning to be difficult to compete with Amazon on some of kole imports products. A lot of products are really good quality but some of the products are terrible, like the pink disposable razors are aweful. I tested them myself and I would never sell these to a customer. But overall satisfied with you guys.
