Great bargains good prices

Great prices on products, website is easy to use, customer service is excellent. My only complaint is the cost of shipping, it's on the high side

The prices are great and the service was too. I knew an item was low supply and once I missed out. They tried their best to fill my order as requested and it was.

Kole prices are good. But, with the shipping it starts to get a little pricy. Still the selections are good and i like shopping there.

I have had a great experiences buying from Kole Imports, I plan to continue buying from them.

I order swirl coffee mugs for my granddaughters baby shower. The order went through successfully with no problems , until I received my order ; some cups were broken , some cups missing and to top it off I received some wrong cups . Contacted the company and cups were sent out just in time for the shower. Upon receiving the cups I still received wrong cups, and broken cups again. I managed to come up with 108 bags that I planned to have , but I was disappointed with the warehouse employees for not taking time to put the correct cups in the box for shipping. I refused to contact Kole Imports again concerning the same issue at hand. Through it all Mark Ragnath worked diligently with me to insure I hand the product I ordered , but do to foreseen circumstances he had no control over shipping. The baby shower was a success and the guest loved the swirl coffee cups. Will I order again from Kole Imports not sure right now maybe if my family have another function I might consider ordering again. I feel as though everything I went through to insure the correct product kole Imports should have reimbursed me all my money for the inconsistent with the cups. The five stars I gave was because of the beautiful and different cups and Mark Ragnath's help.

I have had two orders with Kole Imports. The items are nice and worth the money, but two times now they have left one product off the order completely, but kept the shipping money. They say they don't reimburse for shipping, but shipping is very expensive and has kept me from ordering other things because the shipping was expensive and I don't know if I will be receiving all of the products that I order.

Your sales dept duplicate my order, and they did not send me any mail , I paid the freight two times.It was on september, and october.

Koles has a fee decent products to sell on line and dropship. However if the product is fragile it averages arriving broken 40% of the time, this number is my experience. Also if you are trying to ship quickly it is not going to happen, minimum of 4 days. They also have availability issues, if you want the good stuff you need to order in bulk in advance of thier shipment arriving.
