Kole Imports has been extremely helpful. Their products are priced to allow for a decent profit and are of good quality. Their sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

This shipment from Kole Imports was received on time but it is the 2nd shipment that we have not been able to list on Amazon. It is sitting in our garage. The product is good and the price was reasonable. The sales rep did not tell us that Amazon requires additional documentation about the product before placing it on Amazon for sale. He was unable to provide us with any additional documentation that would help us to list the product on Amazon. I would love to give the company and the sales rep higher stars but my garage is getting filled with unlistable/unsaleable products from Kole Imports.

I almost never write company reviews, but Kole Imports went so above and beyond what would have been necessary that I felt compelled to share my experience. Suffice it to say that I was in a big last minute bind as another source of gift items I had intended for a large charity event failed to deliver. With one day to spare, I contacted Kole, told them of my predicament and not only did they come through with replacement items, but delivered them in time allowing me to not only save face, but be a hero. The people I dealt with at Kole were incredibly nice, caring and very competent. I would highly recommend Kole to anyone seeking wholesale merchandise for their business or organization.
