I was so happy to find koleimports..fast and efficient service..customer service is excellent.i will always be a kole customer.

I would give 2.5 if I could. Inconsistencies on the products had a few orders that were out of stock after I placed the order and emailed shipping labels. Lost money paying for labels that I couldn't get refunded. Then the product I ordered wasn't even listed on the website anymore, inconsistent support too.

Overall good experience ordering from Kole. However there seems to be some glitches when ordering online through the portal. And there was an issue with my resale license, even though I provided them with a copy they kept trying to charge me tax on my invoices. Hopefully all that is behind us. On a positive note, I love that I can ask for an alert when the price drops. This, I'm sure is a great barometer for Kole's into what people would be willing to pay for their goods. Very smart. One more issue I just recalled. Shipping options when ordering from the site, gives you several options one of which is shipping USPS- usually is the cheapest way to go and they even give you the rates. I choose USPS it was a few dollars cheaper than UPS, however once I received my invoice, I was charged a handling fee for shipping USPS! The six dollar fee made it more expensive than shipping UPS. Beware of this when choosing your options. Seems a little shady.

Sales staff are very good. Shipping could use a little work. It takes rather long to get to the East Coast. Also free shipping on small orders will be a plus.
