From the first appointment and follow-up questions to installation, all went very well.

The staff took the wrong measurements. Waited almost 1.5 month for my blinds & curtains for a 2 bedroom apartment. No communication between installers & sales person. Not happy.

Your fitters were appauling they left my ceiling in a bad state after installing my curtains please call me I will send you a picture ! Very poor workmanship

Got blockout roller blinds, black on both sides. Also a mesh roller blind - reduces glare while still allowing light in. Looks great, stylish, easy to use. Discreet fixings & pull chains. Promptly sent someone out to adjust a blind that had rolled up slightly askew.very happy with service & products. Used Victory 18 years ago for timber blinds in another home - all still in good condition today.

Bought 3 Venetian blinds bottom rung about half inch short each side. Didn't look right.if wind came through windows they would blow around. When I rang to let them know I was told that's the way they make them now. So disappointed. Will not buy again from them

Top notch every thing from picking the style of curtain & blinds I wanted to the cost was perfect and very well installed really helped set off the look I wanted for my house. The quality of the fabric & hardware used was top notch I highly recommend that if you are thinking of new curtains & blinds give them a call

Master bedroom Bathroom blind was mounted crooked its still not straight.

I had an issue with the service which was sorted out later when escalated to the most appropriate person, and this low rating is because the issues should not have occurred in the first place, I believe the sales service protocols were reviewed after my experience, so I would expect future customers to be happy.
