Excellent service, advice and installation

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members in the showroom. Everything went to plan and work was carried out as expected and we were very happy with the results!

Victory 'lost' my order despite it being paid in full when I ordered. I had to ring them to chase it up. The blinds weren't the size I had requested of the agent who measured them up. The end has fallen off the rail the verticals hang from. I have put this in the survey form they sent me after the blinds were installed and still no-one has contacted me to follow up.

Very pleased with quality of blinds. However, on reflection some of the controls are difficult to operate as they are on an end that makes sliding them to the side difficult as the window goes right into the corner. I would have thought that your rep would have explained this would be a problem and advised putting the controls on the other end. I didn't realise this would be an problem as I have not had this type of blind before.

My planter shutters were well worth the wait.I love them and will certainly buy more later on.Elegant,easy,they give a new direction of light to the interior of my home. Yes I will order more and recommend this company and product. .

I have been a customer of Victory Blinds for 20 years purchasing window dressing products for several new homes. I always received excellent service however this year when ordering shutters and blinds I was extremely disappointed. I found the sales person to be rushed and did not listen to my queries about what would be most suitable options to update my home. Following placement of the order the next stage was measuring and this was conducted by a gentleman who then gave me information which I believe I should have been informed of by the sales person and which affected my order and cost of the shutters in particular. When I contacted the sales person again requesting a further visit to discuss the issues, she was late. After half an hour I rang her to find out if she was intending to arrive. She provided another time, some forty minutes later, however she did not arrive at that set time either. When eventually she did arrive (more than an hour late) she was rushed and responded irritably to my seeking clarification of the order I placed. I cancelled the order for shutters but continued my order for pull down blinds in several rooms. These blinds I was very happy with. I changed to another service provider who has fitted shutters to the main rooms in my house and whose sales person and follow up care I was extremely happy with

Blinds were installed on time but a few of the blinds are puckered or creased. Victory Blinds sent a person out to inspect and I was given the impression that they would be replaced but I have not had a satisfactory resolution. The Victory Blinds solution was to remove and take away the blinds for further inspection but I thought that this was not satisfactory given that the blinds are also required to reduce heating bills etc. I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution and a few of my blinds remain puckered.
