Australia | 13 July 2020We started with a visit to the Underwood Showroom where we were well looked after and saw the available products We were able to arrange a visit from their consultant. Consultant Kim arrived on time. She was able to confirm that replacing our 30yr old Verticals with new verticals was a good option. She had a good range of opaque and translucent fabrics and was able to assist with the colour/texture that would suit our applications. Kim measured the windows and produced a printed quote. This was our 4th Quote and was the most professional with the best range and competitive pricing. Installation is still to come so hope all goes as smothely with this. John & Kathryn

We were advised that it would not be block out but it is no better than what we had and we are thinking of replacing it with the original one we had which was better.

Only negative is the curtains were very creased when they were hung, I would have expected the installer to have a portable steamer to get rid of creases caused in transit. When I questions this I was told they would fall out. That was over 3 months ago and the creases are still there.

Australia | 13 July 2020From the beginning until the installation, the service was excellent. The initial visit was by Evelyn Stojanac who was very professional, well prepared and so friendly. She came with many samples of the different blinds and venetians, explaining each in so much detail, making it easier for me to choose my blinds and fittings. When forgetting some of the details after five other quotes and information from different companies, she happily came over to my home to answer my questions. The installer was on time and quickly installed my 3 blinds and one venetian. He explained how to use my large venetian when lifting it to clean my windows. I have already recommended Victory blinds to a friend interested in replacing blinds.
