From start to finish, working with Victory Curtains and Blinds was seamless. I was extremely happy with all persons I had dealings with and the blinds and shutters are of a high quality and look fabulous. Would certainly recommend this company to others.

Waited 2 months for my curtains, and the curtains delivered were made incorrectly (they stopped 30cm from the floor), and now having to wait another FIVE weeks for new curtains again. Curtains look ridiculous. Communication wasn’t great (I was always having to follow up) although the consultants response was prompt. The installer was polite and helpful. Will not recommend victory blinds - expensive, a long wait for a product that was incorrectly made.

I had a great experience dealing with Victory and we are very happy with the finished product. We chose a combination of sheer and blockout roller blinds, which look great and work very well in the spaces.

The blinds are lovely and I have no complaints about quality. However there were communication issues that have left me frustrated. Because I have windows that open at the top, the consultant decided that the day blinds should be backwards, so that they sit next to the night blinds rather than next to the windows. This is despite me making it very clear that my priority was to minimise light coming from around the sides and that the windows weren't likely to be opened often. I didn't understand this decision was made as I would have insisted on otherwise. Compounding that, the installer was to mount the blinds on an extra piece of flashing above the windows so as to allow the windows opening without interference, and mitigating the need for the blinds being installed backwards. Fortunately this wasn't necessary, as the installer missed this instruction. Finally, there is no consistency between whether the day or night blind pull cords are mounted on the inside or outside of the holder across the house. If you need blinds these are great. If you need darkness or just no glare, overrule your consultant and get the night blinds at the back. That's what I should have insisted on.

Totally disappointed with the ‘service’ provided. After leaving countless messages and receiving no reply whatsoever over several weeks, I contacted a third party to complete the installation of the blinds. I would never recommend Victory to anyone for anything. I have zero confidence in anything they say and would strongly recommend to anyone never to use them.

Loving my shutters! Unfortunately we placed our order just before COVID-19 hit so we had to wait a little longer for installation but everything was done quickly and professionally on the day, with very little mess made.
