Blinds exactly as ordered. Outstanding quality, they look amazing. Professionally installed. Would recommend Victory. I have used them twice now.

Consultant and measuring up was fine. Follow up was poor. This was before Covid and communication within the company was below average. We spent big bucks furnishing our windows in our newly built house and felt let down with the follow up. We had 2 orders. One part of the order went 'missing' (even though we paid a deposit for both orders) Instillation man was very professional. Maybe could have received the same quality of window furnishings without the additional 8 week delay and extra hassles, (& numerous phone calls without answers) if I went through another company.

Victory blinds were very professional with the style and colour selection of the blinds I chose. The installation was pro once again, thanks Victory Blinds.

We employed Victory Blinds to make curtains and blinds for our two new houses in December 2019. On the whole they completed the work as arranged but when they delivered our lounge room curtains and pelmets months later, we found that the curtains dragged on the floor because they were too long and the pelmets were made out of patched material and had holes in them. The holes face into the room and are clearly obvious. I rang the company as soon as they were hung and the person who answered the phone didn't have any idea who to put me through to so that I could make a complaint. The man who was installing them said that he would report the problem to his office. We've been waiting ever since to hear from Victory Blinds without success. We've made allowance for Covid19 making things difficult for companies but as they have not made contact with us to rectify this problem, I now have no hesitation in saying Don't use this company, they are not professional and do poor work that is not worth the money you pay them for, in advance of receiving your goods.

The only place to go for curtains and blinds. Prices are so very reasonable and the consultant was fantastic! I'm about to move house and will be using them again to fit out the entire house with curtains and blinds.

Service was A1 from both the Consultant & Fitter

Apparently the order was not put through to the factory and we got them 4 weeks later. Worse still no one told us that you can see straight through from the outside at night. Would have paid more but wasn't offered the right product. Never again Victory.

Promised a suggested 3 week delivery which turned into 6 weeks. A date was provided for installation but then a received a call to say they could not install on that day and requested a change. COVID was suggested as the cause but I’m not convinced.
