The stylist helped me choose great blinds that look lovely in my bedroom the installer was on time and efficient all in all a great experience.

If I could I would give zero stars. I had a faulty blind and despite the promised guarantee I was told I had to pay a $140 call out fee for a technician to determine whether it was my fault or a manufacturer fault. If it was deemed a manufacturer fault I was advised I’d repeat refund. Technician said a manufacturer fault and was able to fix the issues. More than five weeks later still chasing my refund after phone calls, multiple emails and only responses are from a customer service consultant who has escalated my complaint. No contact or apology from the Accounts Departmeor Managaer. My worry is they might be going bank and I won’t receive a refund. Buyer beware if you are considering this company.

We have used Victory Blinds several times now over the years. I have always been happy with the product. Recently, we had very prompt, friendly and professional service from both Maeve and Richie.

I would like to highly recommend Sharon Chapman the Décor Consultant who came out to measure and quote for installation of a new front external awning/blind at my home on Saturday 15th June 2024. My whole experience facilitated by Sharon was comfortable and at no time did I feel pressured or bullied into accepting her quote as I have experienced with other consultants requested to provide the same service. Rather Sharon encouraged me to consider the quote she provided, which I have now done and accepted, by being open and honest, coming across as very genuine, happy to answer any questions posed and explain the whole process to my satisfaction. I had a home visit from your consultant, Joshua, today. He was extremely knowledgeable. His patience and expertise in available products to achieve my window covering requirements was excellent. He was also able to advise me of all the possible issues I may face with each option given my homes layout. Very impressed with his service.

Cameron just installed my blinds. He is one of the best tradespeople you could have coming into your home. His workmanship is excellent. He was punctual, polite, thoughtful and an all round nice guy. He is certainly worth 5 stars.

We had victory blinds come in and measure up by Mary . Grant consulted with us and the job came in on time . Hakan turned up on time and completed his job in an hour and a half in a clean and orderly manner . Very happy with their services . We will definitely be using them again . Alex
