Great sales experience- excellent help and assistance in sizing and installation, no mess no troubles - all ok. - trades on time and efficient

one of the 5 blinds was incorrectly sized and has still not been installed. it is now 6 weeks since original measuremnt

Terrible service. Approved quote in January 2020 and after multiple follow ups curtains have only just been installed in July. Additional delay occurred as company demanded payment in full upfront. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Easy experience. Blinds look great. Did have a concern with the size of the blind, not sure I am happy with the amount of gap filler required. No one told me that the l9ng stick onblind would be split into two.

I found that the price I paid for a single window curtain - $750 - did not match the service provided. The initial consultation was perfunctory, and the guy appeared to be in a hurry. The installation - 4 weeks later!! - took approx 10 minutes! I won't be returning to Victory Curtains and Blinds again.

Very happy with the consultation, service and quality of our blinds. Our consultant gave us the best possible discount and took time to make sure we were happy with our choices. Friendly service.

Great communication before, during and after the install. Showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job. Blinds were high-quality. I have used Victory twice, and will definitely use them again.

I had problems and asked for the manager to call me. He tried once and never rang again even though I called him back. I have used this company so many times in the past and this time it has been an extremely poor experience

Everyone at Victory Blinds have been really helpful. Based on my experience dealing with them for many years they always were very attentive and helpful. They also have competitive costing.

We have not had the curtains installed yet but I am giving 5 stars to Maeve who was the rep that came to our house, she was amazing. She really helped with the choice and her customer service was impeccable. I hope the installation and product is of the same calibre.
