Their communications throughout the process of leasing a vehicle are excellent, especially our lead consultant on the contract, Kayleigh Waters. Vehicle arrived within expected time frame, infact on our last delivery we needed to delay delivery, and we were able to do this without any pressure. Pricing on each deal has also been competitive, which at the end of day is what we all want.

We have had a number of private lease cars, all from car dealers. But, this time no dealer we spoke to could compete with Nationwide Vehicle Contract's value. We have dealt with Sam Curzons, exclusively through the entire order/delivery process. He answered all of our queries promptly and has been extremely helpful. Our original delivery date was a little later than we wanted, but the date gradually crept forward, and the car was delivered on the date we asked. The delivery driver was also extremely polite and went all around the car prior to handover. We have had the car a couple of days and are very pleased with it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nationwide Vehicle Contracts after our experience with them.

Very helpful company, always get back to you, 2nd time using them now, only issue I faced is the long lead times due to supplier issues currently, however I wish the 'expected' dates posted on website were more realistic to avoid issues when trying to plan ahead for 1 lease to finish and another new one starting. Other than that all good!

This is my 3rd car ordered through Nationwide, Charlotte has communicated well throughout the process and has made everything straightforward and easy.

There's a lot of car leasing companies out there to choose from and I contacted a good handful of them regarding a vehicle that seemed to be on offer for a great deal. Each company was offering a similar deal for the same vehicle and I have to say they were all great in following up my enquiries, so it was quite tricky to choose which one to go with. I had previously contacted Nationwide Vehicle Contracts about another offer and I was impressed by the fact that I wasn't pushed into anything during the conversation. That stuck with me so that's where I went finally to secure a vehicle. The non-pushy, matter-of-fact info was maintained by Sam Curzons who led me through the whole process without the BS and made it a rest-assured experience. So far (I haven't received the vehicle yet but it's on schedule) absolutely top stuff - website easy to navigate on your phone, informative and simple on the eye. Everything seems to have clicked into place. Overall a very pleasant experience with NVC.
