This was my first time ordering a lease car, I was a bit apprehensive at the start but was quickly at ease once I started chatting with Kayleigh. I knew what car I wanted but couldn't afford the PCP. The price on here was withing my budget and the process was so easy. Kayleigh talked me through every step and it all went exactly as she said it would, no changes, no hiccups at all, I really couldn't believe it. Such an easy process. Car was delivered when they said it would be and I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be leasing again from them in 3 years time. Thank you for keeping your promises and for making the process hassle free and a special thanks to Kayleigh for taking the time to answer all my questions, even though it was all explained in the paperwork!! Beware of other leasing companies out there who appear to do great deals and then tell you that the car you were enquiring about is no longer available, despite them still advertising it, and they try to offload a lower spec vehicle for the same monthly payments. Don't waste your time and go to nationwide instead.

Don't be fooled by the high star rating. Read all of the 1 star reviews before you get caught out. I signed up for what seemed like fantastic deals on two Audi Etron GTs. Initially, everything looked promising, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Delivery dates kept changing, with the excuse of a vehicle recall. However, they never provided the recall number to verify on the .gov website, raising serious doubts about the legitimacy of their claims. Despite their inability to deliver, they were more than happy to pocket £275 per vehicle as an arrangement fee—£550 down the drain. It became clear that they advertise cars they don’t actually have available or are willing to push delivery dates indefinitely. Frustrated with the lack of transparency and horrible customer service, I cancelled both orders and went with another company. While it was an expensive mistake, it taught me a valuable lesson: steer clear of Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. Their so-called great deals are not worth the stress or the risk of losing your money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

VW ID4 2025 MY . The car developed a fault (300 miles on the clock) and I am hoping Nationwide and VWFS will sort this matter out.

I have been dealing with Nationwide for over 10 years leasing a number of cars from them for my business needs. I have to say that during this time, they have always looked after me, whether that be with communication, advice or general help when sourcing and leasing cars and have never let me down. I have never had any problems with them either. I therefore do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering the lease of a vehicle.
