Had a great service from start to finish from Oliver. Easy to deal with, answered all my questions and when we had a small issue with the locking wheel nut, this was solved quickly and pain free. Awesome way to get a car - would recommend 👍

From making my initial enquiry , Charlotte handled everything, and the order was sorted out in a couple of days to my complete satisfaction. This is my 3rd lease car from Nationwide. Charlotte made the process easy and extremely fast, having selected a car, sorted finance and arranged delivery date within 24 hours. Very reliable, professional and efficient staff, and always available to help you at any time. Thumbs up from me!

Ordered another car from these guys ... last one came to end of lease. I dealt with Charlotte Croly .. who was professional, efficient and very easy to deal with. I was dreading the process .. but she made it easy and almost enjoyable !

I've ordered multiple vehicles for my business via Nationwide and have never had any trouble. Sometimes the paperwork can take some time but thats understandable based on them having to do credit checks etc. All questions and queries are answered in a timely fashion and the cars always arrive on time. Kayleigh helped us on the last ordered and I would recommend asking for her when looking to sort your next vehicle.

**update, I understand you do not want Trust Pilot reviews of this nature. Frustrating is one word for it! You may have tried to find another vehicle, but you have offered nothing that comes close and everything else is on a 20 week lead time. Is it acceptable to have been made to wait over four months in the first instance (a timeframe that apparently caused another credit check, that WAS reversed) and now another five, meaning a 10 month delay that will still give me no guarantees. I should add that you returned the monies, I did not request them! Good try though!!! **update** you can apologise all you like, the bottom line is the order has taken so long that VWFS claim to have run another credit check after 3 months of waiting. There are no records of this check and therefore my conclusion is that you have given my vehicle away, reversed decision or not. This means another wait of 5 months......so that will be 10 months of waiting for a car that isn't guaranteed, I think you might want to admit you have major stock issues and stop messing people about! Bunch of 🤡 🤡 🤡 Order a vehicle, wait four months, then they give it to someone else and offer you a completely different product because they have no stock. Swerve this mob!

Really mixed experience with this company. I applied for a finance application on a vehicle. The advisor had told me it was ‘locked’ and would be taken down from advertisement while I was negotiating. This did not happen and the vehicle was still displayed. Credit check went ahead and rejected (very I expected due to affordability, Experian, current lease for the same amount with the company). No rationale provided. Car is now under negotiation and no longer available to appeal. Credit check footprint left on my record. Lack of communication from representative. Lack of transparency and frustrated to have negative impact on credit history

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Nationwide to lease my car - their service and support is first class. From answering the phone promptly, helping work through the application and form filling, answering queries on timing, delivery dates, specifications etc. my experience had been excellent. Special thanks to Suzanne Doherty who sorted me out with her efficient, friendly and prompt help this week! Recommended.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with nationwide. Even though my car was a month late coming from overseas. They kept in touch with me once a week, to let me know where the car is up to. We have used nationwide for the past 9 years. We’ve never had any trouble with the company. I highly recommend the company to least a car off.

Hollie Yusuf made the whole experience painless and I basically did nothing except sign paper work even that was online Cant fault the company will be getting next car from them for sure and was the cheapest too

This has been the easiest experience! Oliver was super helpful from the beginning. Everything came through exactly when he said it would and from starting the process to taking delivery of our new car will only be 10 days! Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

We use nationwide for all of our fleet vehicles. This is our 4th car now arranged by this company. Kayleigh especially has been exceptional! Always there on emails / phones when needed. The only bit of feedback I could give.. The delivery team. Arranged no problem and the car arrived on the day specified, but it got to 3pm and the car had not arrived (advised to phone at 3pm) I felt like the member I spoke to was a little rude - I get it's 3pm on a Friday afternoon! if I could suggest a smaller time window rather than between 8-5pm as it means you are potentially waiting in all day. Other than that - no issues! Thanks as ever.
