Having already dealt with Charlotte in the past and knowing how efficient she is I decided to send her an email to see if she could help. She really pulled through for us, within a couple of days we had ordered our new car with a minimum of fuss. I cannot recommend her enough! United Kingdom | 19 December 2024I ordered a Lexus RX through Nationwide back in June (7 months ago). After 2 months of weekly emails saying they “were still waiting to hear on a build slot” we chased. Nationwide got very angry, rude, and told us to leave them alone because they would be notified by Lexus when anything changed. Over the following months, due to still receiving no update other than the generic “still waiting for a build slot” email, we contacted them again. Finally, 2 days ago, it was escalated and they chased it as we’d asked all along…only for them to realise that it would not arrive on time but hadn’t been chased so they’d only just found out. So, we have waited 6 months, my current car lease is ending, and we do not have a vehicle. Absolutely disgusting!

Bearing in mind there were two different manufacturers, two different dealerships and two different finance companies involved, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts facilitated the whole process seamlessly. I got an incredibly good deal choosing a pre-registered vehicle and the new car was on my driveway and the old car collected exactly three weeks from placing my order. FANTASTIC VALUE AND SERVICE.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2024The entire process was horrific. As the Managing Director, I had to send a home energy bill, and hand sign a 20 page document for a car. This is not sustainable if we were to rent a host of cars from this business. After the processing of the contract, they have been bombarding my staff with emails, about 10 in the last 14 days. This business do not take customer satisfaction, and ease of process into account.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2024Shocking service from the Vehicle Sales Consultant. Her method is to copy and paste without appearing to read anything or understand the content. She then forwards replies from dealers, again without any reading or understanding. When questioned about the emails received her response was "I think the dealer must have mislaid your documents". Will never use this company again.
