From enquiring about leasing the vehicle to the delivery everything was so easy. This is the third vehicle I have leased from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and I have always had a positive experience. For my most recent lease vehicle renewal I have been assisted by Lauren Reynolds. Leasing my new vehicle was quick and fairly easy, I did have a slight delay because I have a paper driving license and as such was unable to work straight through the automated finance approval process, Lauren was able to guide me through to complete the process with a work around. The contract team also assisted me with the collection process for my previous car, coordinating collection and delivery and ensuring that I was not without a vehicle.

i sent back a van after 4years,british car auctions came to collect,it had a tiny chip (5mm ) on passenger side of windscreen.they reported it being between 10 and 20mm and in zone a ( in front of driver)and charged me £797.27 for a replacement! we had just had mot done and it passed with no problems.a new windscreen is no where near this cost even if it was illegal.

Poor experience - previous customer of theirs and found the vehicle we wanted late September 2024. Credit line established, admin payment taken and then 8 days later the advisor emails - doesn’t even call - to say the order is cancelled as the dealer/funder has pulled the offer. What a waste of time, unnecessary credit file search etc. Won’t be using again.
