On this occasion their offering was considerably cheaper than competitors prices and the service that I have received from Charlotte has been excellent. She has answered my questions promptly and I have never had to chase for anything. I would happily recommend Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025Application was never completed. Applied on 8th Jan, Received a call to discuss through the application on the 9th Jan. Contacted to say application was being sent to the finance provider on 9th and to wait up to 14 days for a reply, received emails and letters from the finance company to advise the application was in progress. Never heard anything back, until I received an email on 29th Jan to say my order has still not yet been placed and to contact if I wanted to continue with my application, went with another leasing broker. Absolute waste of time.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Summary: Car delivered in poor condition 7 months back and forth trying to resolve We received delivery of a brand new Peugeot 208 which came in a filthy condition with muddy footprints and scuffs throughout the vehicle. On closer inspection the car also had a number of chips and scrapes to the paint work. The delivery driver said all this would be noted on the delivery report and we could contact the company to discuss. They admitted the condition was poor and agreed to pay for a valet which after 3 months of chasing we were finally reimbursed. 7 months from delivery however we have just been told we have to accept liability for the chips/scratches/scuffs on the car despite us providing time stamped photos of the damage. The problem seems to be 3 companies involved who are all happy to point the finger at each other without taking accountability. We’ve had no choice to refer to ombudsman.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025I am now on my second lease with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. On both occasions the process has been very smooth with regular updates and total transparency. Especially, with my current lease which due to a great deal, meant I would need to terminate my current lease slightly early (1-2 months). All my queries and the latest date I could take delivery were discussed before checking I was OK to proceed by Kayleigh Waters. Previous lease car was returned without issue or any costs incurred with great advice to ensure I did not incur any costs. I would lease from them again as my first choice. In fact, they were allot better overall than a main dealer we also ordered a new car from - the difference in customer service and updates was night and day.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025First time leaser and the experience was seamless and I won’t hesitate to continue using Nationwide for future lease vehicles. Kayleigh was always on hand to answer any questions and was very quick to respond. Only reason it is 4 star and to be honest, it’s not really anything to do with Nationwide but VW Financial Services can’t tell me when they will take the initial payment and what day the monthly payments will be taken. Delivery of the vehicle was smooth. It was driven quite some distance so the delivery driver kindly had the vehicle washed on his way to me so it was sparkling on arrival. No pressure put on by the delivery driver and I was given lots of time to check the vehicle over. All in all, I would highly recommend Nationwide.

Whole process was smooth and uneventful, kept upto date and when I did push Kayleigh Waters for a confirmed delivery date she called with an update and managed to get me my desired delivery date.

If they can’t be bothered to follow up a good lead / enquiry .. then I’ll look elsewhere ! Not good enough nationwide 😥
