BUYER BEWARE!!! Would highly recommend you DO NOT touch this company with a bargepole! Took our order for a car, then told us it was a 12 month wait - OK we agreed to wait and then after sending us a build update finally telling us the car was being built now - Dropped the bombshell of trying to increase the monthly by £150 + VAT!!!!! And then having spoken to their slopey shouldered useless team both sales and customer service (who both said it was nothing to do with them and by the way there are 59 or so people who have had the same complaint THIS WEEK!!) told us that it was the finance companies fault!!! The finance company Drivelea couldn’t have been more emphatic in blaming Nationwide… Simply a sham - Buyer Beware!!!!

Charlotte was exceptional in assisting me with leasing a car. Her quick responses and willingness to help made the process incredibly smooth. She was knowledgeable about the different car options and guided me effectively throughout the leasing process.

It was all so easy. Emails were replied to quickly, and actually with answers to the questions. The product I wanted was offered at a reasonable price. I ordered a car that was not yet in the country, and so the delivery date was a bit unpredictable. This resulted in giving back the previous lease car 3 weeks before the expiry date. Next time, I might wait until a month before the expiry date, and then try to order a car that's already registered with DVLA.

Easy to deal with!

Very pleased with the service from Nationwide. Kayleigh Waters was especially helpful sorting little problems like delivery being to early. This is the second Audi I've had from Nationwide.

Easy process to arrange a personal lease. I am on my 3rd contract now. You need to do your research about the model you want. I experienced a big delay on the model I originally chose and by chance saw the same model in a different colour in the ‘in stock’ section. But this was not suggested to me by the agent - you still have to do the research yourself. I was just fortunate that this car appeared in the in stock section - otherwise I would still be waiting for my new leased car

What a very professional company from start to finish.It was a very easy process.I had 1 minor hiccup with the e signature but with the combined efforts of Charlotte and Lynn soon had this sorted and by the nest day I was arranging delivery. Well done Nationwide team

Ordered a vehicle and had it delivered just 2 weeks later. Very quick process. Lauren Reynolds guided me through the whole process and was extremely helpful.
