My call was answered promptly by an advisor by the name of Ashley Lombard. She was very polite, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable going through the details of my quote and sorting out the concerns I had. With Ashley's help I then purchased the policy even getting a better deal than my own online quote. Excellent work Ashley thanks for your help.

(it's just a shame/annoyance that seemingly all companies still go through this farcical charade to 'reduce' renewal quotes to match those online !!)
