This is the first time we’ve bought from Home Depot and we’re pleased with our experience, they were very communicative with phone calls and emails, we bought a built in microwave which was a very good price compared to other sites, the only problem was it didn’t have a fitted plug, so if you order any appliances check they have a plug!

Good service from start to finish. Best price online. I placed the order, and it was followed up with a call and email from the company. A call to them as suggeated on the day before the delivery confirmed and narrowed the delivery slot. As promised the charming driver called to update the timings and arrived on the nail. It was a pleasure to do business eith this company.....well done to the whole team.

Huge savings made on an oven and washing machine which only had damage to the packaging. Delivered as booked in new packaging. The driver unpacked with us to ensure there was no damage in delivery. Bought for a new house so not installed, but warranty guarantee so if any issues when installed, we will can contact the manufacturer..

After my last 2 unmitigating disasters at the hands of the awful ArrowXL couriers and Hughes Electrical who couldn't give a damn either (so avoid both like the plague people) what a refreshing change to have HELPFUL and obliging people to work with at this company. The young man who delivered my washer/drier I could not fault. He did everything I asked and willingly. Plenty could learn from him. The girls at the Appliance Depot were also relatively helpful and especially when it came to my finding out when my appliance was coming in terms of time on the day and in getting the lovely young man to phone me before he arrived, both of which were accurate in terms of time and him actually doing so. I can't fault him at all he was brilliant. Now we shall see if this washer/drier has been a good purchase in use and whether it has been worth the money. But certainly so far, everything in this transaction including the staff are streets ahead of the competition. Thank you to you all.
