Helpfully arranged quick delivery before Christmas

I ordered my washer/dryer from Appliance Depot, they called the next day to arrange delivery which was in less than a week, the item was delivered on the day expected, amazing service! Communication was great from the start.

Highly recommend this company. From my initial product enquiry, to placing the order & receiving my item, it was a very smooth processs. Staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They provided accurate information re: availability & delivery date. The delivery team were also courteous & thorough, unboxing & examining the high ticket item prior to their departure. I really can't fault the service received throughout, & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this company again for a future purchase. Additionally, my item (Whirlpool American style 15kg tumbledryer) was extremely competitively priced.

I am extremely saddened and dissappointed about this company. They sweet talk you to purchase the item and tell you you're allowed to return it if you aren't happy with it. I spent my whole month's salary to purchase a 15kg Whirlpool top loading washer costing £1,048 that kept shaking and running around the kitchen floor. I immediately contacted John and Laura by telephone and emails. John told me to go and sell the item on Ebay if am unhappy with it! Don't buy anything from The Appliance depot. Get to the Bigger Companies like Curry's etc.,Am stack with the inefficient washing machine. Very unhelpful Lot!

Bought a dual fuel SMEG cooker that was in good condition as described. Unfortunately the gas hose wasn’t included and neither was the power cable and it was an additional pain to sort it out. It may have been in the small print but it would be nice to have it complete, including all fittings even if it meant paying extra. Or at least have the ability to buy with or without the gas and electric connections. It would also be nice if they emailed a link to the pdf user manual and or printed done off. The people I dealt with were very nice and helpful, I can’t fault them. I would use them again now I know what to expect. The cooker works well so I’m pleased with that.

Quick, efficient and on time delivery. The machine was as advised. Ever so slightly marked on the inside where in will never be seen, but the price difference was amazing, Bosch 5 year extended warranty was no problem. Would advise anyone looking for an appliance to use this company.
