I was very impressed with the customer service here! I had 3 defective lenses in my last order and she was able to allow me to file a claim with Alcon and issued me replacement box right away, which is unheard of anywhere else! I am so grateful for this company. Only good interactions with them! Highly recommend!

Dennis was quick and efficient. I love OpiContacts for their quick shipping & low cost compared to other sites or ordering from an office. I was having some issues with promo codes and pricing. Dennis was able to assist and resolve the matter quickly. Highly recommend.

Haven't even recieved the contacts yet but couldn't resist writing this any longer. It's so frustrating to get 3 business day shipping and find out it was even dropped off with the courier until the 4th business day after I ordered them. It says they wont be here for 3 more days. Making it 7 business days (9 total). I know, it's only 4 more business days. The label was created the day after I ordered them. If it was a courier issue I could understand, but it's not, it was laziness or miscommunication or just poor organization.

She was great! Very helpful and professional. She helped me find the correct lenses and insured they were sent out immediately, after learning my original lenses were on back order.

The prices are great, I just did my second order. HOwever I thought I got a deal since my last order and I was deceived. Although the price is good, I was surprised to see that I ordered less boxes than my order 3 years ago and the handling charge was doubled on less boxes. It was 54 for 8 boxes of contacts in 2021 and this year 2024 it was 104 for 6 boxes for the handling charge. I paid about the same total price each time for my daughter's six boxes of contacts even though in 2021 the box price was 25 and this time each box was 16.75. I should have paid less but I think they increase the handling charge when they give you a deal on the contacts so you are not really saving.

The prices are cheaper than anywhere else.

This is my first time ordering contact lenses from OptiContacts. Unfortunately, it has been over a week and my contacts have not arrived yet. I called customer service last week and they were very apologetic. They offered to credit me the $12.95 shipping fee for the delay in the shipment by the USPS. My shipment still has not arrived so I contacted customer service again today. I explained that I was very upset by the delay in shipment and that I need my contact's ASAP because I need to wear them for my job. Dennis was very helpful and is shipping a box of contacts to me free of charge, expedited shipping, to hold me over until my original order arrives. He also told me to contact them next week if the order has not arrived by then and customer service will investigate with the USPS to see where the package is. When I called today I was rather frustrated, but Dennis was very patient, professional, and dealt with the problem to my satisfaction. Hopefully, the contacts will be delivered soon.

I am extremly impressed with the customer support of Opticontacts. This was my first time buying contacts online and I will not go anywhere else after my experience. I mistakenly used the numbers from my glasses perscription when ordering contacts. They could have simply sent me the wrong thing or cancelled my order. They did neither. Instead an actual human being called me to let me know I had made an error. They sorted everything out for me even calling my optometrist to ensure I got the right thing! Wow! I spoke to several different people and every single one was helpful and kind. My sister has used this company for years and always recomended them. I see why now. Great job OPTICONTACS!
