Customer service was terrific BUT shipping/processing fees are ridiculous ..two tiny boxes that c/b sent in mail for $5 shipping fee. Being charged $37 for shipping is off the charts!

My optician wrote the wrong number on my prescription and that’s what I sent in to order. Opticontacts let me return the unopened boxes and sent me the corrected prescription and even replaced the opened box for free! Customer for life here!!

Deceptive advertising. OptiContacts advertised MyDay Daily Disposable Contact Lens for $47.95 per box. I put 4 boxes in the cart and proceeded through the checkout process. After filling out all information (prescription, address, etc), they show a price of $344.38 for the 4 boxes. That is $86.095 per box, almost double the advertised price. They added $115 in "processing fees". I clicked on the "i" to get information about these fees, and there was a popup window that said, "In recent times, we’ve noticed a trend among our competitors, who are displaying extremely low upfront prices online to appear more competitive. Despite our initial reluctance, we’ve needed to adopt this practice at OptiContacts.com due to the impact it had on our traffic and orders, despite our competitive pricing." So basically they say they adopted a deceptive trade practice to try to get business. I shop for contact lenses frequently for myself and family members, and I have NEVER had this happen. I did not buy the contacts from OptiContacts and will never buy anything from this company that lies to get you to buy from them.

Great customer service, and extremely fast shipping! Although the prices increase after they apply the fees, they are still a much better deal than what you would find elsewhere!

They tack on a "processing" fee at the end, so their pricing is misleading. They don't mention it upfront, so after you have spent time selecting the right type and size of contacts and uploading your prescription, then at the very end of the checkout process they assess something like a 10% extra fee. So their prices are not that good when you factor that in. And it would have been nice to know that prior to wasting all that time. Additionally the positive reviews all look contrived - I think they are buying fake reviews.

Had a small issue with my shipping address. Got on the phone to sort it out and let me tell you this was far and away tge best customer service line I've ever called. 20 sec wait to get a real human on the line and when I got one everything went smooth as butter. Chris was Johnny-on-the-spot with getting my order reprocessed and shipped out to me. If you're reading this and have to power to, give Chris a raise!

I only had 5 days left before I needed contacts, and the customer service that I received with this company. Was amazing!! Chris, your customer service and diligence to take care of the needs I had, was really amazing! I didn’t expect it, after all a business needs to make enough (or even more) money. Getting the deal I got was really awesome and unexpected, and the delivery time I needed. If you’re looking for good deals, and excellent customer service? I vote for OptiContacts!! There amazing!
