I’ve spoken with her twice over the past week and can say she is a great asset and was warm, professional, and addressed my needs and concern immediately. I was not planning on ordering from this website again but Emma’s service skills have made me change my mind. I hope someone in her leadership chain sees this review and gives her some thanks! (Maybe like a free PTO day???)

You had the cheapest and was really quick at delivery

Made an order for some contacts because I had broke my glasses and on the same night found my brand/prescription of contacts on a heavy discount and got 2 day delivery! it was super quick and easy so i will be definitely ordering again soon!

I was hesitant to order based on others’ reviews but everything was quick and easy. There were added fees at checkout but the total was still less than any other price I could find online. Received contacts quickly with no issues with shipping or product.

Even after the high processing fee, Air Optix colors were still hundreds of dollars cheaper here than 1800 contacts or any other distributor. After submitting my order and prescription, I was contacted by a customer service representative who advised I submitted an eyeglass prescription instead of a contact prescription. She asked for approval to directly contact my doctor, which I agreed. The following day I received notification my order had shipped. When my order arrived, it was the exact same product I had been purchasing, but for a lot less. Thank you!

Ryan was incredibly helpful and kind. I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong contact lens for my daughter by using a '+' instead of a '-'. Gabby was incredible, accurate, quick, pleasant, fun to work with, and she has a truly overall impressive personality as far as Customer Service Agent. I have been in the industry for more than 45 years and I know a good person when I interact with them. I wish I had a dozen of Gabby's working at the company I am employed at now.
