I was charged $10 more upon checkout versus what was quoted with no opportunity to change or cancel. Also Processing fee was exorbitant. Update: They actually followed up with me on 4/1 and found a glitch in their system. Reimbursed me for the difference plus shipping. I am impressed at their follow-up and accountability. I still don't understand the processing fees as I uploaded my prescription so no further work needed to be done on their end; but realize most retailers are doing this as an add-on though don't agree.
