I love my contacts. The price is great. My only problem has been trying to change my prescription on my subscription. I ended up with a set of my old prescription and a set of my new prescription which I wasn't exactly prepared for. I called. We got it figured out for next time.

I had called and spoke to a male customer care representative, in reference to the New Dailies, now in Colored Lens. The representative was very honest with me and said to try them out first with your doctors office before purchasing them through him, because there has been cases where the lens move more on some people (not all), due to the diameter of the lens. I really really appreciated his sincerity, instead of just making a sale. I later put in a couple orders for the Colored Monthly Contact Lens, which works better for me. You might be luckier whereas, the Colored Dailies might work out for you (save money on lens cases and lens cleaners, this was my goal in going for the colored dailies).
