I was refused a refund when I asked for one (before my order was even shipped) they refused my refund then charged me even more money for different contacts. Then my contacts weren’t even delivered in the time that I needed them before going out of town. Absolutely horrible and will never order from here again.

I was supposed to receive a pair of free sunglasses and I never got them with my order and the last order I was supposed to get a pair and didn’t receive them then either when I bought 2 boxes. I buy a lot of contacts through you all because I have severe dry eyes and I go through them faster than normal. I am just sad that the last two times I was supposed to get sunglasses and never got any

Well you can start by not charging a processing fee. I tried your service one time and I will not be back. I bought two boxes of contacts at 31 each. This was simple a trial of your service, on the last page before you hit send you tack on a 63 dollar processing fee. On top of the 12 dollar shipping fee. We'll you won, you got my money this time but I certainly will never be buying anything else from you.
