United States | 28 June 2019I was duped into thinking this was at&t I was talking to. Was told at&t didn't have internet or phone service for our new address, but said mediacom had all i needed. I spent 3 hours on the phone with your people explaining packages, etc. then transfered to an ADT rep for our security service. then back to a mediacom rep(meanwhile your people set up a mediacom install date) and at that time i was told mediacom did not provide service for that area at all! About 2 hours later I get a call to set up our mediacom install. you gota be kidding!! The install rep did confirm that there is no service in that area. this Howard guy, your rep, was just blowing smoke up my butt.
