Frontier has issued several trouble ticket numbers, I’ve taken time off work and nobody shows up because they continue to cancel my trouble tickets. Today it’s been 21 days and enough is enough. I called InMyArea and spoke with Denny who was so amazingly knowledgeable and complete in the information he gave me. He also gave me a really good deal. He took the time I needed to explain everything to me and we then scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out Thursday and hook me up. I’m so glad I called. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner.

The installation without help may not be convenient for many not so sophisticated customers. Rates are good but many have complained about poor service.
