Lionel from Customer Service was thorough, patient and prompt - everything you would expect from customer service and more. It has been a while since I had encountered such excellent service. Very refreshing and this contributed greatly to my decision to go with LingoAce. Audrey, the support for the trial lesson, helped to ensure that i did the system test and turn up for trial lesson. I appreciate the reminders! Kong老师 is a young and enthusiastic teacher who is able to adjust her pace according to my girl's level of understanding and response. I like that she did not immediately switched to English to guide my girl but chose to prompt her in Chinese. My daughter enjoyed the trial lesson immensely and that is a huge win!

Lingoace provides fun ways to learn Mandarin and Chinese culture. The teachers (葛柳老師 and 劉艷來老師) are very patient and gentle. My children feel close to them. Indeed, they have a lot of experience and utilise different methods to get students to engage in the class. For my children, of course, they love the games and cartoon the most. We are also lucky to have Peggy to be our sales consultant/coordinator. She replies promptly and able to provide solutions to my questions. I feel she is a very friendly and cheerful lady. We also have another lesson coordinator who helps us liaise between the teacher and us. She keeps tracks of the children's quality of lesson and if they are suitable for them. This truly shows that Lingoace treats every child as individuals with different learning capabilities. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience learning with Lingoace. 5 stars for every aspects!!!

Sales person MuMing is very attentive to our concern and needs. Even after sales he still responsive to questions and queries. Highly recommended. Unlike the most review saying that the sales are pushy which I didn't experience. Teacher was also nice patience and stick to the teaching schedule within the 25 mins class.

My son has been with Cui Laoshi and Lingoace team for about 8 months under the preschool program. I am glad that he has made a lot of positive progress so far. As non chinese speaking family, we can't do anything to help him but with the support of Cui Laoshi, he is no longer afraid of Chinese and feels more confident in communication.His interest stays strong.Thank you Lingoace team.

My daughter, Victoria, loves learning Chinese through Lingoace's games and songs and the teacher really encourages her by giving virtual trophies and kudos. Each session can be reviewed on video in its entirety after completion and she really enjoys the lesson and homework. There are also really useful 成语 videos that she really loves watching:) In summary 🐯 Onboarding with consultant MuMing was awesome. His dedication to answer questions during weekends is astounding :) 🐯 Teacher Cheng Ni is very patient and encouraging and class is always on time and done well. 🐯 Support from customer service was awesome and team was very responsive.

Mu Ming was very responsive to my queries and his explanation was very clear, which helped alot during the free trial and subsequent signing up process. Even after that, he is still very responsive to my queries. 2 thumbs up! The lessons were also well conducted and my kid enjoys and learns well from it.👍

Lingoace really help my daughter to start her mandarin lesson. She start with early age (younger than other students) however she manage to enjoy the lesson and confidently speaking with the native teacher . She likes the fun method of the courses. At first I was afraid that she can't catch up with the lesson because it's online, now I think she loves the class. Thankyou Lingoace.

I will like to thank Maylyn, consultant of Lingoace sg. I was abit sceptical as i was afraid i haven meet the consultant physically and lessons are all online. After Maylyn arranged the trial lessons and weekly lessons, l felt more assured. I was able to receive prompt and give feedback to teacher. Maylyn was also prompt in amswering all my questions about lessons, teachers and rewards ;) 5 start service 👍 Most importantly it was an efficient use of time in 55 minutes on a 1 to 1 session. My son loves the class and never do i need to nag at him to get ready. Will definately recommend my friends to Lingoace ;)

I would like to thank Tiffany from Sg Lingoace. She was assigned as the learning advisor for my child's learning journey. The experiences with Tiffany has been a really pleasant one. She is helpful and provide really prompt customer service will a good attitude. Teacher Wang Xiaowei is really patient which I'm thankful for. I'm happy to see my child enjoying her classes and showing improvement in her Chinese language.

It has been a fun and exciting learning experience so far from the trial to the actual classes. Our coordinator, Maylyn makes the experience smooth, painless and easy. Even when we need to change the schedule, she assisted us immediately My child enjoyed the trial lesson so much that he asked me to sign up right away. The positive feedback from my child was he likes the 1-1 attention he received from Lao shi. The course layout was also easy to follow and gets to interact during the class. I hope my child will be able to improve on his compo writing with the guidance from laoshi and us at home.

I switched my son from a face to face group class at a well known enrichment centre, to online one to one lessons at lingoace. This has helped him to focus better by engaging directly with the teacher. We prefer this way of learning much more. Highly recommended!

Initial onboarding with consultant MuMing is very good. He explain the program and brainstorm what suit my kid, how can they help in details. The teacher is friendly and my kid like her. The curriculum design can modified to help the kid improve. There is app to view classes conducted, homework, teacher feedback etc. One downside is the writing part still need a lot of help from parents as the 55mins online class can’t do much for that. Ongoing-support with learning advisor show good post purchase service. Still observing and looking forward the program can help my kids gain confident in Chinese and no longer hate Chinese.

my parents sad its was a good lingoAce

Our two daughters (8,6) started LingoAce 2 months ago after trying a variety of other schools. They have really enjoyed it so far, and I have been happy with their progress. Peggy as the parent's point of contact was helpful, responsive and organized in dealing with our concerns and any administrative matters. Hua Lao Shi has been really good at balancing fun and rigid learning. She also has managed to adjust her teaching style for the different ages of our kids.

I would like to compliment Tiffany Tan @ SG LingoAce for her outstanding services. Assigned as the Learning Advisor for my child's learning journey with LingoAce, throughout our engagement, Tiffany has been extremely helpful and patient to provide GREAT advice and relevant information/resources (out of LingoAce platform) on how to better aid my child's learning. The experiences with Tiffany has been pleasant and her ever encouraging attitude makes this mummy who is worried about my child's learning ability feels much assured that every child learns differently.
