I really want you people to know before deciding to order Lingoace courses . If decide to cancel there will be a fee of 3%. So be aware.. I learned the hard way.. I know when we order stuff we don't ask all the questions like we should. So I am letting you know in advance.... hope this help other people..

My 4yo son is very keen and full of enthusiasm during his Lingoace lessons. We had a very attentive learning advisor, Olive, who guides me very well through my enquiries. She is knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and honest. Someone whom I can entrust friends with, when needed a trustworthy advisor for Lingoace.

I will like to compliment my learning advisor, Olive Koh, for her excellent service. Olive has been attentive to all my requests and assisting me patiently for the past few months. She will always give me a follow-up reply to update me promptly whenever I face with any issues. My daughters’ teachers are very good and very patient. The kids are learning a lot. The interactive sessions also help the kids focus more. The one on one sessions are a plus since each session is tailored to my kids’ learning needs. We can also do learning on the go. In case we are out, we just bring our iPad and my daughter can continue with her classes.

Our learning advisor, Tiffany Tan, has been very helpful in guiding and answering any queries we have about Lingoace. She replies to our queries very promptly and patiently as well. We want to thank her for her patience and for giving us a positive experience of Lingoace.

Helpful customer care services esp thumbs up to Jolene. Sometimes it gets little confusing as there will be several customer care executive contacting you for the same issue. There isnt single specific number to contact. Number of classes were miscounted also. i enrol for 25 classes but only completed less than 20 classes. This was a small issue as the remaining classes were allowed to be replaced. Overall, the lesson are engaging to children. my children look forward to for the next lesson. thank you lingo ace.

I was referred to Lingoace by a friend and made contact with their customer service through watsapp and signed up initially for 30 classes for my 7 yo. Lingoace has great customer service and assigned a learning advisor Aaron who could communicate with me in English. My daughter loved her chinese lessons with Han laoshi who makes learning Chinese fun and assist with English when my kid doesn’t understand. The curriculum is a mix of teaching Pin Ying vowels, conversational sentences, gamifying vocab and singing and watching snappy vids. I have signed up my oldest child 13 yo since and with my learning advisor’s help matched him with Wang laoshi who teaches my son in an engaging and faster pace than my 7 yo. Overall, I’m very pleased with the lessons and how they try to match the learning experiences with the kid’s level. I really appreciate the follow-ups and check-ins with my learning advisor on my children’s progress. Both teachers are professional,warm and patient and are able to keep my kids interested and learning Chinese which is more than what I’d expect for online learning. Thank you Lingoace!

This is my first time signing up and trying lessons with Lingoace for my son. Honestly speaking, I don't have a positive view on the customer service of Lingoace. There are so many points of contact and it is very confusing. I have received multiple WhatsApp messages from various staff for different issues. The initial lady I was liasing with did not return my call/WhatsApp. Calling the service hotline during operating hours also made no sense as no one answered. I was frustrated and confused. However, Jolene, my learning advisor stepped in. She was patient in explaining some mix ups step by step. She continuously explained to me and translated certain mandarin terms which I wasn't familiar with. She guided me for the booking of my son's future classes as well. She has been very helpful and the way she explained things was very understandable. She was also very apologetic for the initial mix ups. She is definitely an asset to Lingoace. Thank you Jolene!! Also, my son really enjoys his weekly lessons with teacher Tian Li. She is so kind and caring. You can see her love for him and the way she laughs and sparkles when she interacts with my 4 year old. We are a non Chinese household and she is so patient in helping my son. We really love her enthusiasm and her friendly demeanor. Xie xie laoshi. "Wo ai ni"

I was a Skeptical parent before i joined Lingoace. Beforehand my son was attending physical class from another enrichment school for almost a year and during the heightened alert we had to put him through a 1.5 hours online class which was tormenting for both my son and i, the content was not really engaging after i experienced it myself then. Soon after, my friend posted her son's lingoace class on instagram and i found it pretty engaging and i signed up for a trial and that was when i am fully sold! A 30 minutes one to one class with content that r fully engaging and fun! The idea of learning thru games really made my short attention span son so happy throughout the 30minutes. My daughter who is also watching the lesson told me she wanted to join Lingoace too! Carrie my course consultant also did a wonderful follow up to check what are my son and daughter's interest to tailor made after course content for them! How sweet of her! Never had i experience such a thoughtful gesture from a enrichment school and i highly recommend lingoace to anyone =)

Thank you so much for Carrie Pang, my advisor, without your patience and detail explanation, I would not have enrolled my child and she would have lost out on the learning opportunity. My child have learnt so much with Lingoace in 1 month, which i never imagined possible for a 4year old. She is a little young for the classes, and the teacher goes out of her way to keep her focused and engaged throughout the entire lesson. For the reviewers that have given a bad rating prior to the experience, you are limiting your children's learning opportunity.

All teachers are patient and friendly. Lessons are engaging for young children. At first did not really think of joining, but the child kept recalling what was learned during trial class as it’s quite enjoyable. Just go for trial class and see for yourself. Oh I did not experience any hard selling at all too.

Had a great experience with Lingoace and my children likes the lesson alot. Start to communicate with us in chinese and is always looking forward to Lingoace lesson. Thank you Teacher Yan and Fion for the great experience.

I like the online classes with LingoAce because the classes are one to one which my son will not wander off to play games on another screen. Also the teachers are so patient and encouraging and always prompting my son to give an answer, and helping him to reply in a grammatically manner. I also enjoy very friendly and prompt service from Ms Tiffany Tan who helps me to look for teachers that are experienced, well rated and blend into my son's schedule. She has also done a wonderful job helping me many times to reschedule the lessons.
