Lingoace 是一家很有推动家长做社交媒体的公司。我们家小朋友在这所网上学校学了二年时间，之间配套结束时会收到很多不认识的电话号码自称学管/课后服务，目的是续配套。他们的配套设计的非常有技巧，除了买的课程数量，还有必须帮他公司在Facebook 上做广告宣传才可以得到“赠送”的课程。请问我们家长付钱到底是为了给孩子学习中文还是帮你们公司打广告？ 其次，老师经常调换。通常换老师的时候请家长必须看清楚自己卡里的积分，不然新老师的trial class就算在你的账户里。 最终，我们家庭不想再跟这个公司纠缠不清。为了小孩的长期中文指导，宁愿选一家正式的机构。

Dont try it, its a scam. They ask you pay up front and keep calling you for enrolling for more classes and offer mother free classes to introduce more others victim.

My consultant Peggy (张文英) was very patient and nice. She went through extra miles to help us work on the invoicing and other paperwork, and assisted us to understand more about the courses and etc. As for the program itself, my kids are enjoying the sessions, and I find the program suitable and helpful. Highly recommended!

I am in high school and still found this service very helpful and engaging. I get many youtube advertisements for this service, so I booked a free trial during my second period physics class because my teacher isn't very strict. I went to the back of the room and was surprised to see a real person teaching me chinese. I don't know any chinese, but she was very understanding. Unfortunately, I had to leave the call before the lesson ended, but I learned a lot. I would like to thank LingoAce for this good experience. 谢谢!

Today was my son's first lesson with LingoAce. The experience was quite good. The teacher is very experienced and after end of the lesson, she gave some feedback on what can be done to adjust. Cos my son was slow in reading and so wasn't able to finish the course materials in time. The course coordinator was very responsive also. Overall, thumbs up and highly recommended. 👍

I am happy with Lingoace! My daughter enjoys learning chinese via lingoace. She always looks forward to attending the class. Her teacher is kind, approachable and patient. Her teacher guides her according to her learning pace. The lesson is conducted in an interactive way.

I get to know LingoAce via friends. From what I understand that the teaching is conducted via playing some games at the same time with the guidance of teacher. I know my son all the time speaking english, easily get distracted in class/group and he like to learn through play so i decided to sign it up to give it a try. The teacher to kid ratio that I sign is 1:1. I can see my kids enjoy the lesson, he enjoy the games in the lesson and he has improved. Teacher Melinda Zhu, she is very patient. She make an effort to understand the kid, i can see her effort in guiding him, for example, she will make him say out the word, sentences correctly before he get to play the game. There are also storytelling session, teacher will question him about the story and he is able to reply it using Chinese. This show that his understanding of Chinese is good. After several lessons(Mar 2021 till Oct 2021), i can see my son know how to express himself more using Chinese and in sentences. In addition, he is able to recognise the words and read it out when we read story books.

I would like to thanks the LingoAce teams. They are really helpful, promptly to answer any queries and proactively go in, give suggestions as well as provide the solution. My son has pickup and confidently read the text within few months. Great job to the Support team!

Great experience, smooth transaction and the course consultant was very friendly, and always ready to answer any questions or clarifications that I have. My child enjoys the session and if the teacher is not available due to last min reasons, they are prompt in contacting me to replace with another teacher or I can also choose to cancel the session. Thumbs up.!
