Dependable and good value

Have used Mount cars for years, always found office staff friendly and helpful and drivers courteous and to be good patient drivers. I’ve changed from being phone customer to using their app which always seems to have cars ready even during peak times and their prices don’t increase during peak times (unlike Uber, Bolt and Free Now!). Plus app bookings offer a fixed 10% discount on all trips all the time so well worth getting. Thanks for the great service, keep it up!

Booking by phone was very smooth with a very helpful controller, the cab arrived right on time and was very clean and tidy the driver drove really carefully yet direct and waited for me at the Doctors as I was only a couple of minutes.; He was very friendly and took all covid precautions.
