Horrible, dismissive, rude sales team who don't like it when you try to cancel your subscription. Also no communication between sales/customer support.

We are customers for years now for organic milk. It used to be good, but now we constantly get delivered non-organic milk. They run out of organic milk because of the Bovaer additive, and now everybody wants organic milk. But you can't just deliver non-organic milk to your existing customers, because you took on more customers that want organic milk. This is downright shameful. We are now once again without milk for the rest of the week, because they won't redeliver or pick up the shitty milk. So incredibly dissapointed with this unreliable milk delivery company.

Great quality diary delivered for a fair price.

Had an issue with online portal, unable to log in on my phone. No reset password details. Used a desktop to put a holiday into the system. Apparently according to them I hadnt done this correctly and they still delivered my milk. I called to complain, and cancelled my ongoing order. Instantly put through to a collections team who spoke to me rudely, in an offensive tone and hung up despite me trying to explain the situation in a calm and even tone. Treated like Im in debt collections for £2.18. Avoid avoid avoid.

Milk tastes great and comes on time twice a week with no problems whatsoever, eggs are good quality and milkshakes are lovely too. Juices are also nice

I'm extremely impressed with both the customer service and delivery. While buying from large supermarkets may be cheaper, I believe it's well worth paying a little more for fresh milk delivered straight to your door while also supporting farmers. I had a few questions with my first order and initially spoke with Rachel, who was very helpful. Later, I called back regarding another query and spoke with Kirsty McMahon, who was equally kind and supportive. After my delivery, I spoke with James to confirm my ongoing order, and he was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure to deal with, and I'm looking forward to receiving my organic milk each week!
