Friendly, very helpful staff. Only downside was that I had over ordered, and could not return the two unopened boxes of tiles. My only option was to leave them with a member of staff, as I had no use for them.

They just were kind and very helpful in sorting out an issue that I had, from somewhere else….

Great choice of bathrooms in the showroom, very well spaced out the staff were especially tentative and made choosing our new suite easy, we found Vicki in the Newcastle Branch very friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble, they also recommended a local fitter, our bathroom has just been completed today and we are absolutely over the moon with the professional finish, have already recommended easy bathrooms too friends , thanks from a very happy customer

This has been a great experience. We were helped every step of the way ensuring we picked everything we wanted was correct. Additionally we were kept informed of deliveries and genuinely this was a pleasant purchase.

The order was delivered on time , however I was asked to pay an additional carriage charge after completing the original purchase via the telephone and completing payment,before the goods would be despatched.

When to show room to visit baths. We wanted a bigger bath, wider and longer 1800x800 (leigh) Found one we loved but they shop could only deliver on certain days, which wasn't suitable for us with work. So we decided to order online so we could pick delivery day. We also chose the solid high gloss white end and side panels which look so much nicer than the plastic ones. Bath was well wrapped on pallet, and delivery driver helped us take off pallet and put in hallway as husband was at work. Which was fab. Well this bath is epic so big. Such a lovely bath so roomy can completely submerge and cleans so easy. . Visitors also comment on such a lovely bath. Very happy with whole process from ordering to end product.

Came down on 3 separate occasions and Tavia gave excellent service from helping with the bath to the towel holders. Easybathrooms is highly recommended,

We recently placed an order for tiles, the showroom staff were very knowledgeable and spent time with us to make sure that the quantities and measurements were correct. Everything was delivered on time to ensure that we could commence our project. Showroom was a high standard which gave us lots of ideas and this was backed up with lots of different options. Very good service.
