He also kept the financials up to date on the quote, which helped plan with the costings. Great experience.

Worst experience ever. Bought a lot of stuff for our new bathroom. I had engaged a builder only to find the bath tray was defective. Immediately I rang the store to complain and was told to send photos, which I did. The complaint was made on 12th December 2024 and after various attempts to discuss the return , the store manager Andy decided to waste time by continually asking the same questions and not fulfilling promises. Today is 12th January and still waiting for my refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

My wife and I called into the Boston branch of Easy Bathrooms to look for some tiles to compliment the main featured tiles we had already bought from there. We were greeted by Alison, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful with our purchase. We will certainly be using Easy Bathrooms again. Mr. shaw

All the staff at the Boston store were absolutely fantastic, especially Sarah who helped with lots of advice on what products would be most suitable for my requirements. I would thoroughly recommend this place, very good prices and friendly staff!!

We have been helped by the Dereham branch manager Kirsty to design and quote for a new downstairs shower/cloakroom. It has been a very smooth and professional process and Kirsty has spent as much time as we have needed to select products and discuss pricing. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Visited the Exeter showroom on Saturday 11th of January to look around and book an appointment for design and was told the following day at 11.30 was available. Turned up the following day to find nobody in the store had any details of our appointment. I was told that the person who booked it obviously didn't do it properly, I was offered an apology but no resolution (I.e offered to re-book the appointment) which was very disappointing. Even worse was the fact on the Saturday when we originally went in all 3 members of staff were sat at desks doing nothing and nobody offered us any assistance. First impressions are very important and our first impression is simply that customer service doesn't exist at this company. Will buy our bathroom from another company.

I needed some replacement parts for my Bathroom so contacted the Nuneaton branch of Easy Bathrooms. I spoke to a sales manager called Lily who I found to be very polite and professional. She found exactly what I was looking for and made my order. Delivery was Quick and Lily contacted me to let me know they were ready for collection. Thanks again Easy Bathrooms keep up the great work. Kirsty in Dereham was extremely helpful on my first visit to the showroom and even more so on my second visit, when I went to place an order, to the extent that she helped me even though it was her day off.

Went into the brackley store looking for a new bathroom, spoke with a gentleman called Lee. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. Bathroom has been measured up and planned out to exactly how we want it. Looking forward to the work being done and enjoying my new ‘easy bathroom’
