We recently visited the Stafford store and Jenny with Connor. They were just superb, offering good solutions to what we were looking for with incredible patience. Jenny worked through a number of designs to come up with the perfect choice options - and we cannot thank her enough for the time and professionalism. A really wonderful experience.

I simply got a good quality bathroom cabinet in the sale. Couldn't find anything better anywhere. My cabinet was in the showroom so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. The guy who worked there was helpful, knowledgeable but not intrusive. I was very satisfied.

Very helpful staff, only let down by not explaining that the current offers are as shown on the posters. We saw the before and after prices and was then informed there was a promotion on and it was ending that weekend, it sounded like it was a further discount than what was posted. Very happy with the quality of the product.

Service and the price

We had our new bathroom designed at the Bournemouth (CastlePoint) store. Victoria was fantastic with her suggestions and understanding of what we wanted to achieve. We would recommend this store very highly. We did have one or two small issues with shower tray damage on delivery but we cannot attribute this to the store in any way and Victoria and Dani went above and beyond to assist with quick replacement delivery. All items are of good quality.

After having a bad experience of a bathroom delivery on the 9th December and giving a bad review I as contacted by Hannah from easy bathrooms who took my complaint and looked into it. Hannah was so apologetic and proffessional the way she dealt with the whole scenario and assured me it was a one off problem has restored my trust to use Easy Bathrooms for my future projects.

Staff in the Broadstairs were both super friendly and helpful! We were looking for floor tiles for a small project. Plenty of choice and backed up by staff who could offer advice to help with our final decision!

I am so disappointed with the main office , not the staff that gave me excellent service at Stourbridge Easy Bathrooms, they were very professional at all times . They were let down by the main office that failed to deliver products on time that cost me a considerable amount of money as I had booked plumbers and builders to fit the products for my bathroom as I had promised they would have delivered on time. I think it is very unprofessional that the company let their staff down. I would not recommend your company to mr friends and family Louise Blount
