Just ordered from the Glasgow store who have a great range of products and received great help and customer service from Steve who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided great suggestions which helped with our selection. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the start. David, from the Worcester branch, was extremely helpful. We were greeted on arrival, and allowed to walk through the store, without being harassed, and then once we had made our choices, David was there to explain our options and how the buying process works. Can't recommend Easy Bathrooms enough. Great to be able to physical see and touch the baths/basins etc...in real life before you commit to buy!

I had my new bathroom fitted almost 12 months ago now and it is still looking like new. I bought it at Easy Bathrooms in Stockport. The manager asked me what I wanted in the bathroom and showed me different options, she also gave me invaluable advise on what I was buying The price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with it all. There is a good range of bathroom fittings in the Christchurch showroom so plenty of choice . Prices are reasonable and all items I have bought have been available for collection within a week .

We went to the Easy bathrooms, Chester showroom after visiting several different stores. The displays & choice were far better for giving us ideas. The staff were polite friendly but not pushy, if we had questions they were more than happy to answer them. For these reasons we booked a measuring appointment with Brian. He was great, he came, measured up, & discussed ideas with us. He then sent us an email with a plan of how our bathroom would look & the quote. Whilst waiting for our fitter to become available we tweaked the plan several times with the help of Brian, Matt & Tom, with suggestions from each as we changed our minds on different elements. They were all happy to do this for us. The delivery was faultless & our independent fitters said how impressed they were with the quality of the bathroom & fittings that had been supplied. We were also very impressed with the long guarantees that are given with the products. The end result is that we now have a beautiful bathroom that we are overjoyed with & have recommended several friends & family to go to Easy bathrooms if they want first class service & help planning & buying their dream bathroom. Everybody we spoke to & dealt with in the showroom was warm, friendly, & bent over backwards to give us the best help possible so thank you very much to them. I would 100% recommend.

I’m am an installer and have been for 30+ years,nothing I havnt used and used multiple showrooms !!!! Every showroom differs but one I can say about easy at Wakefield is the choice and quality of products are very good. Not only do the staff make the process seamless and pain free but walk on water to make sure the clients are happy 👌🏻

Customer service was on par, first day of visit was served a young man by the name of Oscar who was very helpful & attentive to my needs, there should be more people like him. The only thing is that they do not supply the tiles from the shop, it is sent from Leeds also once you order there is no return if you have too many tiles.

Dealt with Wayne for my bathroom and en-suite. Extremely helpful, made sure I had the best deal and did not stress me when I needed time to think about tiles, finish etc. Plumber said the fittings were of good quality too.

They responded to my question on the next working day, and delivered the change of tiles as requested

Had a fantastic experience Steve Leadbetter was so helpful made sure we had the right fixtures and fittings for the bathroom we had chosen matching the tiles and recommending a product that would make a lovely feature but with out a hard sell Will be recommending all our friends that are looking bathrooms go to easy bathrooms

Everything was very good and we are very pleased with the bathroom. The only minor comment I would make is that I missed the fact that I needed to confirm the agreed delivery and so it was cancelled with no communication at all. This caused issues with the installation. However, the local team did apologise and arrange an alternative delivery within a few days.
