Having identified the bathroom and fittings we liked in the Suttonm Coldfield showroom, the design advice, plans, visuals and follow on support provided by Amy the designer was excellent. Delivery of all bathroom furniture and fittings was as scheduled. We used our own fitter and now its installed its turned out exactly as we hoped it would. Very pleased with the products and the service!

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. Michelle did a fantastic job, from visiting our home to take measurements to helping us to visualise our dream bathroom and sending us the CAD designs. Easy Bathrooms have so many bathrooms on display, of very high quality, in their showrooms that selecting tiles, baths, showers, etc becomes easy as you can see everything in situ. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and we never felt under pressure. I highly recommend this company.

I browsed in store but ordered online. Delivery was delayed and it took a long time for everything I wanted to be in stock and get shipped. But it was well packaged on the pallet when it arrived and worth waiting for, overall I'm pleased.

I was a bit reluctant to order from here due to bad customer service reviews but glad I did. I dealt with the Swindon branch who were extremely helpful and talked me through all my options and gave suggestions for my bathroom and ensuite. I only had one damaged cistern which was promptly replaced through my local branch. I also changed my mind re a sink and they helped me exchange it. Everything was sorted through the Swindon team effectively and efficiently. Just make sure you check for damage within the 48 hours. Really pleased with my selection. I did not buy tiles there but purchased bath..showers. sinks. Toilets and bath frame taps and shower enclosures.... Really pleased I went with them in the end.

Generally good although I ordered a toilet with gold fittings in September/October and when it came to installation they had supplied chrome fittings. When contacting easy bathrooms we were told the gold fittings wouldn’t be available until after January 17th 2025!!!! Feel they should of told us this before ordering and paying for the toilet and been given other options

Jo in the Telford branch, Stafford Park provided great service, she was friendly, knowledgeable making the bathroom planning easier. Jo also provided a number of mock ups illustrating different options for floor covering. I would fully recommend Easy bathrooms if you’re thinking by of making changes to your bathroom and currently the prices are very competitive.

Absolutely superb service. I needed my bath replaced with a walk-in shower at short notice and Dave and his fitter, Kilian, pulled out all the stops to get it done in less than 2 weeks, and that didn't mean cutting corners. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding.
