Easy Bathrooms Aylesbury deserve a 100% positive review. I cannot fault the customer service I received right from the start. A big shout out to Femi for his help, guidance, professionalism and patience and the Installation team Bogdan and Marion for their exceptional work. Friendly, reliable, respectful and hard working professionals. My bathroom is beyond what I had hoped. A huge thank you to you all.

Great helpful staff at the Oxford Showroom. William was great during and after the ordering process giving us all the information we requested and dates to suit. We did have an issue with one part that was delivered no being suitable and needed to be exchanged quickly. William sorted this and went out of his way to deliver the unit to our house, excellent customer service. That’s the reason for five stars,

She was the reason we decided to but there as it’s great to have a point of contact that’s knowledgeable about their stock and our aims.

Update!!! "Since posting my initial review below, I have been contacted by Easy Bathrooms, and I must say, their response has been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to address and resolve all the issues I encountered, and then some. I was too hasty in posting a negative review, as their customer service has been impeccable. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I will continue to use there services to help run my business in the future. Avoid like the plague!!! They have lied to the point it has given my company that has over 20 years of positive trading a bad name and left me out of pocket for Christmas. My customer choose a tile in store and gave me the product code, I ordered and they confirmed on collection it was the tile they ordered. Turns out they changed the supplier and gave me a totally different tile, well I had fitted this tile as my customer was away but on there return it was made clear and they wanted it changed or didn’t want to pay. The Southampton branch manager told me head office has admitted it was there fault and would help but then I received an email full of lies worming there way out of it leaving my company with a bad name and my family broke over Christmas, they have since ignored my emails and just shrugged it off. Do not use this company

We were able to select our product by seeing it real time in their stores. Delivery was on time and perfect. Use of the standing shower so far is of the best quality.

Great range of products on display which made it easy for me to find the right bathroom pieces. Friendly staff in Birkenhead store. Great price and excellent delivery service.

Very Good good

Visited Darlington store as we were looking to buy our first bathroom for our first house. We had no idea what we wanted or even where to start. We walked in to a polite and friendly welcone from Michelle who is the store manager. She sat us down and asked a couple questions about our tastes before showing us around the showroom. She then took our dimensions and planned our bathroom on the system. Michelle was very friendly, cheerful and helpful throughout and we made our purchase. Could not be any more happier for the help and service we recieved. I recommend anyone visiting this store to speak to Michelle. Thank you Michelle.

Great service and looks lovely installed. £80 delivery charge is a bit much in my opinion.

I found Ben most helpful in dealing with my requirements. It was actually "EASY" and my questions answered and my order was professionally and efficiently.

I visited the showroom on 30.12.2024. Was very happy with the service provided by the store and quite shocked at the price of installation!! £9000 + We gave our 20% deposit and was advised if we changed our minds I would receive a full refund immediately. The monies came out of my account immediately. However we had to put the bathroom on hold due to a change of circumstances. One week on I am still waiting for my refund of £2,800. Have spoken to head office and informed that there is a back log of refunds and also they have not received the funds as of yet. They have had my money for a week! I was reassured, by the sales staff, I would receive my deposit back today - 06.01.2024. So now I am waiting for a phone call from the finance department before I receive my refund in a few days. Very, very disappointed.

friendly helpful staff kept up to date on delivery

Easy Bathrooms are a fantastic company to deal with. We have purchased four bathroom sets and all our bathroom tiles from them. The quality has been 100% and where we had a wrong size door delivered for a vanity unit they have changed it immediately with no quibble. Helpful knowledge staff and a big Thank you to Nathan at the Doncaster Branch - he made the buying process simple. Plus the prices were amazing. Won't ever buy from anywhere else now and always recommend to our friends and family to visit the Doncaster Branch.

Hard to find a variety of different radiators to actually see, most are online only so great to be able to see some in a showroom. Found one that suited our requirements, upright with a mirror in the middle. Staff could not have been more helpful, they were able to order the radiator on the day and we collected three days later without any issues and over £200 cheaper that one that we viewed online from a competitor.

Very helpful and experienced staff who gave good advice. Very pleased with the products and a varied choice.
