Very helpful staff at the Lincoln branch. Would recommend them.

The products are of excellent quality. Lois the salesperson wasn’t great, we had to chase several times for completion. A different salesperson found we were about £300 in credit but she hadn’t informed us of this. Also messed up the bathroom cabinet door order, which we were then charged extra for. She tried to charge us twice for delivery as well.We found dealing with her very frustrating.

Basin damaged twice on delivery, we were told to dispose of them ourselves.....we have to pay at our local tip....

Great quality bathrooms

I ordered my bath panel online. It was delivered to my local branch and was available for collection on the date promised. The panel has now been fitted and looks good.

The shop service is very good but the delivery is not . Your purchase is left on a pallet outside your front door, this should be brought in .

The staff at the local store were really helpful and happy to take the time to look at many different options. Great support over the phone and quick delivery of all items.

Lynn at Easy Bathrooms Aintree is an amazing sales person. It was because of her that we felt confident to buy from easy bathrooms. We also met an amazing fitter, Derrick, through her and we've never been happier. Lynn was extremely patient, helpful and professional throughout our interaction with her. She supported and guided us patiently through our choice of tiles, shower tray+screen and accessories. In fact, our bathroom is shaping up to be better than we dreamed. We're very happy and 100% satisfied with the service we received from Lynn.

Very helpful and on time with delivery.

Really like the stuff we bought and for a good price! However was disappointed in the delivery process. For the total amount i had spent, plus delivery costs, I was hoping that it would have at least been delivered into my house. But the delivery person just dropped 2 pallets worth of bathroom stuff on my driveway and left me to it. The items i had purchased were over 300kgs in total, including bath tubs, showers enclosures, vanity units and fragile items that I then had to carry indoors and upstairs by myself. This meant one of our items has gotten damaged. If I had known, I could have planned for it a bit better, but felt like it wasn’t really made clear what the delivery process would look like. Also, not sure how someone older/less physically able would have been able to manage. Especially given the size/weight of certain bathroom items.
