If you want to resolve any issues prepare yourself for 4-5hrs of bouncing emails...something that could be done in 5mins long conversation.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024We recently fitted out our bathroom with mostly easy bathroom products. I want to start the review by saying their bathroom suites are very good quality however most of the items we purchased was from their clearance outlet and I wouldn't have paid full price for anything we had. The clearance outlet staff were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to go there. However, we did buy a few items from the Doncaster store for things we couldn't get at the outlet. The staff were friendly at first however it soon became apparent they were mostly interested in people who were buying full price from their brochure, they soon became unhelpful. We got a radiator from the outlet that came without fixings and valves, we had the model number from the manufacturer but we needed to order through easy bathrooms. It took over 1 month to get someone to actual order the parts for us and they then wanted to charge us £120 for some nuts and bolts... which was obviously them adding a huge margin on because they didn't want to order them. We had already purchased the valves and these were non-refundable even though they fit onto every single Burlington radiator they sell. Again, anything to do with our outlet purchases they turned their nose up and were very unhelpful even though we had purchased some full price items from them in the Doncaster store too. I think what would be important for the Doncaster staff to understand would be that you are an extension of the whole business. Buying items from your clearance outlet helps with stock and cash flow, we are not ripping them off, we are helping the wider Easy Bathrooms business and as a result continued to purchase full price items from them too. Steer clear of any products they distribute (Burlington etc...) as the staff are not educated on these and everything is non-refundable.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024I was renovating my bathroom & I specifically wanted a screen with fluted glass, of which there are not many. This product was by far the priciest I found but seemed to be the highest quality and I got a great deal in the Black Friday sale. Product arrived quickly and delivery went smoothly. The only hiccup I had was when I opened the box & the instructions mentioned a support bar that was needed for installation, but was sold seperately. The website didn't specify this so I was a bit annoyed at having to pay for another delivery charge. Luckily I checked the fitting instructions prior to the day I planned to fit or it would have set me back. When I rang to speak to someone about it I have to say she was quite rude and bizarrely defensive. She tried to make me feel stupid about the mix up, despite the fact I am in the trade & she clearly had no technical knowledge whatsoever. Even when I had a different question about the product, she was so busy talking over me she wasn't even listening. In the end, she said she would waive the delivery charge & gave me a discount code for it. I tried to feedback to her exactly why the website spec was not sufficient, just so that no one else would have this problem & although she said she would update the website, it was said so sarcastically and then she abruptly put down the phone. And after all that the code didn't even work so I had to ring up again. Thankfully I dealt with another lady that was much nicer, and she sorted things without issue. In regards to the product, I am very pleased. Quality is high and install went smoothly. The glass is the thickest I have seen on the market for this design & the Easyclean feature is a nice touch. The only thing I found was the metal profile was unpolished & very sharp on the edges so I had to glue some packers inbetween the bottom edge and the bath, otherwise it would have scratched the hell out of the enamel. Other than that, 10/10

I then almost immediately asked them to reinstate it -which they did. I felt bad because I was messing them around but they were really good about it. New toilet now installed and I love it.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024Please, please do not read the fake reviews here and make the mistake we have made!!! We have ordered a whole bathroom from top to bottom from Easy Bathroom. First of all half of the tiles arrived cracked and it was more than obvious that they have been left outside under the elements. We exchanged few emails and it wasn't easy but we finally got them replaced for free. We installed the whole bathroom in January 2024 and not more than 4 months the tiles started to crack on the wall. We thought that we might have had a bad batch, so arranged for a professional to fix them but after few more weeks more tiles cracked, so we had to spend more money for more tiles and labour to replace them. The " customer service " is virtually non existent and so is the technical team. We requested an inspection and refund and we got neither. The " inspection" they have provided was over an email. Yes, I know! How can you inspect tiles over an email and few photos?! To top it all up the radiator started to form rust and one of the taps has already broke. Any way, until this day we are still fighting to get the few thousands we have waisted in their store. They don't even deserve the one star. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. If you want to read what people actually say about Easy Bathrooms check on Reviews.io, as I have found out after I wasted my money. They have 1.8 starts and most reviews are very recent.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2024The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. We purchased wall and floor tiles which are looking so good in our new kitchen. My friend liked the floor tiles so much she bought some for her bathroom floor. Would have been 5 stars but 2 floor tiles had a corner each broken but these were used underneath the base cupboards. Would def recommend.

However, a few days after placing the order, we were advised that one crucial component was delayed by a few weeks. This wasn't the end of the world, so we were satisfied to wait. When we checked in to confirm the arrival a couple of days before it was due (late Nov) only to be told that it had been delayed until late Jan. The staff admitted that they didn't know, were not told and had we chased up then we wouldn't have been updated. The resolution options were poor - including suggesting a black replacement when the fixtures were gold was just daft. While the branch staff might not be the fault of the staff at the branch, their failure to communicate well with us is. While the in branch aftercare wasn't the most constructive the organisation recognised the inconvenience caused and offered a financial compensation which was appreciated.
