We purchased a new bathroom using Easy Bathrooms design and installation. The Oakham showroom staff have been very helpful and the fittings etc. appear to be of a good quality. However, I cannot give anymore than one star based on the experience with their installation contractor. A catalogue of poor workmanship such as the waste pipe from the new shower not being connected and just left to discharge onto the ground. When it was finally connected days later it was done to a very poor finish. The shelf in one of the fitted cupboards was left resting on four screws which had been inserted into the holes for the support. Why the original pegs hadn't been used when they are shipped with the cupboard is beyond me. The initial installation was started at the end of September and the final defects have now only just been completed in Mid-December. Just a very poor experience.

Very pleased with our new bathroom. We had lots of support designing it from scratch. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped to draft the bathroom and get the visualisation so we could make up our mind. It wasn’t just a simple like for like change so it was really tricky to imagine it after the walls were moved.

The showroom to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right bathroom for my needs. building/installation. The installers have been friendly professional and very hard working i couldn't have asked fir a better experience.

Needed a new cartridge for shower bought from Easy Bathrooms 3.5 yrs ago. They have invoice but are unable to order from original order (really don’t understand this as I can go on Amazon and repeat a previous order no problem) form and require photos. I am unable to remove the front plate and have difficulty getting (and paying) for a plumber to come out to do this. Not a lot of faith as two previous orders of which I have provided photos have resulted in me receiving the wrong parts. Each time this happens you are at the mercy of your plumber being able to change the date within a reasonable time period due to long standing bookings. On one occasion even with several photos the parts department supplied round fittings even though the photos showed a square fitment. Seems a lack of urgency to resolve customer issues and a real problem with the supply department that needs investigation. You could figure away out to order from original order form stored on your computers. Stop demanding photos, without which you won’t place an order. Perhaps improve communication between shop and supply department? Pleased with original products bought but definitely not the aftercare given to customers!

The two people we dealt with were polite and knowledgable and showed patience while my wife and I chose our tiles. The delivery drivers were also friendly and manouvered the pallets into the garage for me.

Pleased with the shower tray and price came on time looks great, the show waste was damaged but I was given the option of a replacement or refund good seller.
