I need more warehouses closer to the area we live in??

I ordered some bathroom tiles of 60x30cm of different colours. Although the tiles received are from same company their sizes differ by 3-4mm so instead of being 60x30 they are 60.3x30.3. As different colour tiles will be fitted at different walls if the tiles are of different sizes the grout lines will not follow and the difference will be by 2-3cm by the time they reach the ceiling. I contacted Easy Bathrooms to return some of them and they suggested that these differences are within accepted range!

Delay in delivery

Product was fine, but delivery communication was terrible. No email or text to say when delivery was coming, I called and was told they don’t do that. I paid around £60 for delivery, in todays age when I can order a pack of sausages on the internet and get exact delivery details this is pathetic, I will never order from you again.

This was my first order with Easy Bathrooms and I was hesitant with not knowing the company, however I was very much surprised by their acknowledgement and regular update of my order. It arrived on the day I requested, at a time as promised by the delivery service. It was extremely well packaged and I was very impressed with the quality. I cannot fault this company and would not hesitate to shop there again. Faultless experience and a very delighted customer!

Taseen was really helpful from the very beginning, we were impressed by the choice available and the overall price. Taseen made ordering very easy and rectified the very small issues we had post-delivery. Have since used again to order more bathroom bits! Highly recommend.

Shocking service altogether didn't deliver and useless in communicating

Ordered tiles online showing as in stock and would be delivered on 4th December leaving us plenty of time to get bathroom useable before Christmas. So we started getting the bathroom ready for the tiles ! Date re - arranged as they were then out of stock and a new delivery date given around 13th December. Okay we can wait a few more days without a bathroom. Then a third date of 20th December this was a CONFIRMED date ! which we were able to get a tiler so we could have a useable bathroom. And I have just got another email saying the tiles will be with us around 3rd January! So we (2 adults, toddler and baby are still without a bathroom) £65 for Delivery and we have been mucked around ! Tiles are still showing as in stock online! Have requested a full refund on my delivery as I have been moved 4 times ! Oh and as a sorry they offered to refund me half the delivery … for moving it 4 times already !

The guys in the Weston Super Mare Branch have THE BEST customer service and work attitude. Chris went above and beyond to help me with my Bathroom order and I will be recommending them team to anyone and everyone! Their showroom was great, very knowledgeable about products, delivery of items was smooth and as described and they always answered any questions promptly via phone!
