Best customer service I ever had!! Dom was so efficient and patient with me and my family. Willing to go beyond his level of care to ease my worries and doubts. Had a great experience dealing with Easy bathrooms. All the staff at the Romford branch were super helpful and friendly. The quality of the bath, shower and tiles was really good and all delivered straight to my door. Highly recommended!

Both panels we'd picked up were broken, took too long to replace and then replacements went to the wrong place - this was only realised late in the day after we'd rung asking them to check this very thing. No refund offered, put out job very behind, disappointing indeed. We'd still like to speak further to customer service. Update. Customer Service contacted me - helpful - offered some compensation. This has not however been paid and we've not been contacted as promised - unhelpful - now what...? I don't know...

The experience was very smooth and Easy Bathrooms were very attentive with no pressure. I would highly recommend their service, nothing was too much trouble and there bathrooms are quality.
