Order not ready for delivery on agreed date and I was not informed. My day was wasted

Went to Fareham show room. Loads of tiles displayed in so many different bathrooms gave me so many ideas. Staff member, Pip, was very helpful. Tiles arrived after 2 days. Would definitely recommend 👍.

We ordered a lot through these guys and we haven't been disappointed. The high point was when our builder told us that we didn't ned one piece of expensive kit, EB took this back without issue. Can't fault them, especially Donna in customer services.

Great company to deal with. Went to see them after another leading supplier let us down. The plumber was booked!! The staff at our local store helped us pick the equivalent new bathroom but we were still worried about delivery. It turns out that a two week delivery is a luxury for Easy Bathrooms even for “order in items”. One week later we added tiling and heating to the order which we were advised would be delivered with the rest of the order. Sure enough on their Thursday delivery run all was delivered by a helpful pair. They even carried the heavy items indoors. They have good room displays in their showrooms, they are knowledgeable and help with the extra items that are needed to complete the project. The do what they say they will do and make the whole experience Easy. Definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Showroom staff were great- very knowledgeable, as were the head office staff. Products of a good quality.

Just taken delivery of our 3rd bathroom. Staff at the Lincoln branch are very helpful, kind and know the products. Always happy to to answer any questions queries etc. Unfortunately I have had a few problems with our latest delivery, but the Lincoln team have sorted it out in a hassle free manner.

Excellent display of bathrooms, helpful service, good prices, prompt delivery.

My wife and I made a visit to the showroom to view various products, both the sales representatives in attendance that day were very accommodating, helpful & knowledgeable. We were looked after & given sensible advice on whether or not our choices of product would be suitable, we had drawings provided so we could visualise the installation. We were contacted pre delivery to confirm all was in order. On the day of delivery I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging and the detailed delivery list. nothing was missing or damaged, during our install our independent fitters commented on the quality of the products. All in all a really good experience.

Good advice from friendly staff

Had a full bathroom renovation, all parts supplied by Easy Bathrooms Aylesbury. They were incredibly helpful up until I paid, then everything went downhill. From delivery dates changing after being confirmed and fitters booked in, multiple missing items, broken items, branches arguing and lying about each other, many false promises including refunds and additions costs which weren’t mentioned, I had to chase everything up, and a huge lack of empathy and means to do right by the customer service department. Stay far away from this company in general.

Nothing was too much trouble. Jason at Lichfield was fantastic. The quality of the curved shower cubicle purchased is exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend Easy Bathrooms to anyone thinking of upgrading or buying new bathroom products. Jan Wood

Overall a good experience.The quality of the product is really good. The sales support was also very good. The sub contractor appointed to install let us down twice on installation dates and then went off air. Easy Bathrooms appointed an out of area installer who was brilliant, keeping us informed on any decisions and worked over the weekend to complete as soon as possible. The finish overall is superb.

Be warned. Ordered a mirror online as the website said it was in stock. The money was taken on credit card . Next day message saying “out of stock “ 2-3 month delivery. Not great. Contacted them to cancel order and get refund , all very nice dialogue but still waiting for refund 20days later, even after chasing twice.

Great, company, very supportive and very quick responding for any requests. We got all bathroom items from them and no regrets, good quality.
