After purchasing a Zappi EV charger through My Energi, they had Joltify contact me to fit this. Upon reading the reviews, I was happy to proceed due to the many 5* reviews. I was very impressed with the entire service from the initial emails to arrival and then completion! They advised my engineer would arrive at 9:00. Martin arrived bang on 9:00, I had a laugh with him about how prompt he was. They say first impressions last and these are the customers that will recommend you, well I can say 100%, I will definitely recommend this company and especially Martin! The installation was perfect, very tidy and quiet. My wife was working from home, Martin was able to give us enough warning, advising when the power would go off. Whilst carrying out the installation of the EV charger, I asked if it would be possible to fit an outside socket in the garden and if this could be done on the same day (not expecting it to actually be done), I had already bought the cable and socket for another electrician to fit. Martin was very helpful and advised he would do it, I received a very reasonable quotation via email from the office, I signed it and after the EV charger installation, Martin started to fit the socket, he had given me an extra shopping list of a few items that were needed and I went to get these, due to traffic this took some time. I expected Martin to now say that he didn't have enough time to do it, but no, he continued with the installation. Again like the EV charger, all work was completed to a very high standard and everything was clean and tidy. I would not for a second hesitate to recommend this company and I will definitely use them for my future needs. (I am just awaiting a quotation for a solar and battery system).

The communication and service received from start to finish has been exceptional. Tom has be the point of contact throughout. All details were confirmed in emails and questions asked were answered swiftly. The installation experience has been excellent too. Tom arrived slightly earlier than planned but not an issue. The installation was quick, professional and the site was left clean and tidy. As an inquisitive customer, my questions were always answered and never seemed to be a bother.

Tom was on time and completed the install quickly. The job was tidy with cables clipped nicely. The new EV charger was commisioned and tested before Tom left the site. Great to have a new Zappi ready to charge the car!

Very helpful and friendly engineer who took the time to answer my questions and explain my new EV charger. Due to unforeseen issues they missed the morning Installation slot but made sure someone was there later that day to install it.

We asked neighbours who they used for their EV charger installation and whether they would recommend them and they said yes. We would do the same thing if asked. Easy to arrange quote including a site visit as our electric meter is in the middle of the house. Installation was quick and easy with no mess left.

Joltify installed my solar cells. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I went with them because I had a lot of questions which they answered honestly, managing my expectations, unlike all the other installers where it was obvious that I was talking to a sales person rather than someone who knew the details of solar installation. The initial consultation was online, followed by a comprehensive site visit prior to installation. I was told what to expect and what they expected from me (in terms of providing access to the house and provision of adequate installation space). During installation of the panels, when reality was found to differ from the plans (the relative positions of a soil pipe and the rafters was not ideal), the installation team spent a lot of time working out where best to put the panels to meet their high installation standards while still providing the number of panels I expected. On completion they cleared up after themselves leaving behind a neat and tidy installation. Before leaving the site they ensured that I had set up my app correctly.

Joltify did an excellent job with my EV charger installation. Starting from the video call, discussing the pros and cons of different chargers with excellent communication after this whilst discussing options. Once confirmed, the installation was smooth with a good finish. All certificates were promptly delivered and payment only requested once the job was complete. Great job Joltify.

Friendly and professional, we were kept up to speed with the information and appointments from start to finish. Scott (the technician) arrived on time, ran me through the process of the installation of our new car charger and set to work. With minimal noise and no disruption, it was done. Scott helped me set up the simple to use app and guided me through the settings, the same for doing it manually on the charger if preferred. He even showed me how to connect and disconnect the cable from the car as I’d never done it before. I highly recommend Joltify. Couldn’t be better!

Job was warranty replacement on faulty EV charger. Tom was prompt to respond during booking process to find an appropriate time slot. Scott has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in this field, he was informative and installed the EV charger very nicely. The work was completed in a clean and tidy manner. Scott made sure the job didn't impact me working from home and gave me notice to connect to a hotspot while the power went down which was for a very short amount of time. Scott was friendly and polite, he explained everything and went through the process with me and how to manage the app too and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend this service.
